A new chapter, a new name, and a whole lot of heart. 🤍

Week ONE of officially working independently, and I’m so excited to welcome you to Haus of Santos!

What started as a love for baking and bringing people together through food has grown into something so much more.

Haus of Santos | Food, Gatherings, Sweet Things.

From bringing fresh, thoughtfully prepared meals into your home through our Personal Chef Services, to creating intimate private dinners and special gatherings, we’re here to make everyday meals and meaningful moments a little more special.

And of course, we haven’t forgotten about the sweet things! 🍰

We’re excited to share that we’ll also be offering a rotating selection of our signature desserts and baked goods, including favorites from Sylvanas & Co., available through weekly pre-orders and select retail pickups in East Brunswick, NJ!

Think small-batch treats, familiar favorites, and a few new creations along the way.

This first week has been filled with grocery runs, cooking, baking, and finding my rhythm as I build this next chapter. It’s only the beginning, and I’m so grateful to have you here for the journey.

One thing I’m learning is that it’s never too late to start again, change direction, or bet on yourself.

Sometimes the journey doesn’t look anything like you imagined. There are setbacks, moments of doubt, unexpected detours, and days when you question whether you’re making the right move.

But here’s the thing… you don’t have to have it all figured out to keep moving forward.

Sometimes persistence looks like showing up when no one is watching. Sometimes it means starting over. And sometimes it means having enough faith in yourself to take that leap, even when the outcome is uncertain.

I’m stepping into this new season with a grateful heart, a little more courage, and a whole lot of determination.💪🏻

Because the goal isn’t just to chase the dream. It’s to build a life that feels aligned with what you love.

Here’s to betting on ourselves, trusting the process, and making room for what’s next.

Kicking things off during East Brunswick Restaurant Week, we’ll be bringing some of our signature Filipino inspired goodies to the neighborhood!

We’re bringing the holiday magic to Twelve Kusina, too!

What a sweet way to kick off a new chapter!

And just like that, we’re back in the market — with a new name, familiar favorites, and lots of exciting things ahead!

A HUGE thank you to @ligayafestnj and the incredible organizers, community members, fellow vendors, artists, creatives, and media who made this celebration so special. 🇵🇭

It felt great reconnecting with familiar faces, meeting new ones, and being welcomed back into such a vibrant community of Filipino entrepreneurs and creatives.

To everyone who stopped by, said hello, shared our treats, or took home a box (or two 😉) of our Sylvanas and Sans Rival — THANK YOU! Your support means so much as we begin this next chapter as Haus of Santos.

You may notice a new name and a new look around here… 👀 Sylvanas & Co. (and Taste and See by Audrey) is still here — just becoming part of something a little bigger.

And what better way to start than by celebrating Filipino American History Month with our community. 🇵🇭

Come see us at Ligaya Fest on October 10th, starting at 2PM, alongside Filipino-owned businesses, artists, makers, creatives & food vendors.

To build a house you need concrete plans and framework, you need tools and resources, and a solid foundation before you start. All the while, you need to trust the process.

For over a decade I’ve learned that TIME is both your enemy and friend. Choose wisely where you’d like to invest your time in.
