The crew is excited to hit the road to @rochestercross this weekend and we could use any help we can get at the pump, so maybe cop you a hoodie and a Haute TV dad hat while you’re at it?!

We ❤️ CX and we heart you! Catch us at Rochester this weekend and @gocrossrace the following! Merch will ship directly to your door! Link in bio!

It ain’t gonna save itself!

New Haute team merch alert! This one is for ALL the homies in the trenches with us working REAL hard to keep this thing goin. From the race promoters to the podcasters, the photographers and the die hard racers who’ve been there with us every weekend. Big Bike can’t break us!

Buying Haute merch really helps us get to all these races, so thanks SO MUCH from the bottom of our dirty lil hearts.

Bonus points if you can name the racer we used as the silhouette for this design! Hint, they are a North American elite rider!

Take your cornfields and shove it! Link in bio.

The CX season can beat you up real good, but a little proactive maintenance can go a long way to keeping you feeling fresh until season’s end.

We’re honored to have @secondarrowrva by our side to help guide us through the aches and pains that plague our bodies during an intense stretch of CX racing.

Get into the habit of protecting yourself. All that work you do ON the bike should be countered with an equal amount of work OFF the bike. Not only will it prevent injury, it will allow you to dig deeper and go further on the bike.

How can you Keep Fast Fun when you’re always in pain? 🙃 by @hautefactoryracing

After a few weeks of dust bowl CX racing we finally got a taste of some mud at Charm City on day 2 and we can breathe a sigh of relief knowing that these @wolf_tooth_comp ALT pedals handle the mud without a fuss. No one on the team reported difficulties getting in or out of these pedals after PLENTY of mud sticking to our cleats from running up mansion hill, dismounting for the planks nor running through the mud up to the Wagner Roofing flyover.

Add to that, everyone can adjust the Q factor on their pedals to fit everyone’s stance. From 51mm to 59mm (and 55 in between) you don’t need to buy extra hardware to find your perfect stance. Some like it wide, some like tight and others sit just fine in the middle!

The extra purple POP of color is just icing on the cake. We love how they work with our bikes and kit. 😍

Our friend Steve noticed the Dutchies were eating regular Oreos and he couldn’t help himself by showing them some primo American culture.

They were not impressed. 😂

We love our Dutch friends and will miss them so much! by @hautefactoryracing

With the @uscxseries done and dusted, we are dialing things in for the Richmond Festival of Cross on the weekend of the 17&18th! Two days of dynamic racing right in the heart of the city of Richmond and we can’t wait to see you there.

The Haute boys will be building the course at Chimborazo Park. It is not a race to miss! Come down and get wild with us! Reg at the link in our bio!

HAUTE FACTORY RACING // CHARM CITY CX 2026

Do not be alarmed: Asphodelos has not undergone a format change. It’s just that, from time to time, I have been known to enjoy the riding of bikes! (okay, it’s pretty much a daily thing). I was even an occasional piss-poor bike racer.

Despite my overall lack of racing aptitude, I still made a lot of great friends through racing cyclocross (or cycling cross as I like to call it lately) and a number of those friends came into town this past weekend for Charm City Cross. Charm City CX, or just ‘Charm’, is a weekend of cross races held in Druid Hill Park, featuring amateur fields all the way up to pro/elite fields. Some of these cross friends now race in the pro/elite fields for Haute Factory Racing, a scrappy and talented team with some of the sickest bikes and racing kits out there.

Haute came, they raced, ate large quantities of pancakes and pizza, and just spread their great vibes all throughout the race venue. I thought there was no better way to capture those vibes than with my 35mm. I had some Kodacolor 100 lying around, so I loaded it up and headed to the park on Saturday. Enjoy this little detour from metal, even though, if you ask me, the punk/metal-to-bike pipeline is real!

Back at @gocrossrace @finn.sonnemann kindly made us a really great flat white and we wanted to repay him with some real beans from @blanchardscoffee (and to get him to make us another delicious coffee obvs)

Finn finished the @charmcitycx weekend with two silver medals and won the @uscxseries series! No big deal Finn way to go!

@handupco with the fit
