I used to wonder if God saw me
In my prayers that felt empty,
In places I never planned to be,
In the crowds and the chaos.

Now I know He doesn't just see me—
He chose me.
He healed me.
He gave me my best friend,
Whose name is etched on my heart, inside and out.

He knows me perfectly.
So He sent me to people who shine His light,
To a once unfamiliar place that now holds a piece of my heart,
To souls who've been waiting just for Him.

He didn't just save me from something;
He saved me for something
For the opportunity to tell people
He knows them.

He knows me so well.
Because look where I stand,
And who I stand with.

He is my hope.
He is my light.
He is my why.
He is mine.
