NEW RELEASE DAY (1/3)
NMR237 HAVERÁ FUTURO? - A ILUSÃO DO PROGRESSO

Remember how I know nothing of genres and FFO? Nothing of who sounds like who and all that malarkey? Good!
Because I just love this record. Its huge and fills every part of my head with it's power, and its relentless d-beat heart pounding away. It is relentless and just so fucking wonderful.
And if you were wondering, @haverafuturo is a four piece from Potro, Portugal.

It's September and the rain is here, the wonderful, wonderful rain. That's not the only good news, September's gonna be crammed full of wonderful noise.
Portugal's @haverafuturo are slaying with their 6 track dbeat monster 'Ilusāo do Progresso'. And don't think the heatwave is over yet because they're doing 4 dates in the UK this October... now that's hot baby!!
Public Relations from Montreal are slapping people silly with their 6 track DEMO. Don't let these pass you by or you'll be slapping yourself hard.
'D1' is the debut release from Rhode Islands 4d8k. Only 5 tracks here so fuck em, lazy slimeballs.... or you could give these punks a go. You never know, their eggy tinged noise might have you pissing your panties.
@skabsmetalpunx are back with their new album 'Hells Teeth'. It's got more riffage than the riffmeister general and more metal punk than Metal Mickeys safety pin in his chain mail bondage trousers... that's lots of metal and very punk indeed!
We might have room to fit one more in but don't you worry about that, it's just Another Fucking Problem.

TORMENTED IMP + HAVERÁ FUTURO? @ PORTO 12/09

Haverá Futuro? debut release “A Ilusão Do Progresso” is now out via @usetogiveadamnbutnevrgaveafuk and @educacioncinica

6 tracks of breakneck mängel in the tradition of TOTALITÄR and HERÄTYS with a Brazilian hardcore vocal delivery paying homage to CÓLERA and RATOS DE PORÃO.

Equal parts catchy and unrelenting, the songwriting is permeated by a deep sense of politics in the lyrical content, dealing with subjects such as life as an immigrant, not wanting to conform, animal liberation, ecocide and the Palestinian struggle.
