🐈‍⬛🎵♓️🌱🍀Life has been life-ing 😮‍💨😅Being late diagnosed with CPTSD and ADHD has shifted my entire worldview. No more wondering why things that seemed so easy and natural for others was a struggle for me. 28 years of dealing with undiagnosed (and therefore untreated) trauma and neurodivergence and now it’s like learning to walk again. Like bro of course I was struggling I was tryna do things with sheer willpower when I really needed meds and therapy lmao 😂 I’ve been masking for so long that I’ve essentially had to reintroduce to myself to everyone around me. Trust your gut if you think something is up. I was so blessed to have a therapist and psychiatrist who listened when I told them I wasn’t dealing with normal anxiety. Maybe one day I’ll make a YouTube video about my mental health journey but for today, putting this out there is enough lol by @hawi_feisa
