Which places do you find it easy to show up as your SELF? Where is it more challenging? 👼🏼

Learning more about embodiment and presence as an integral part of Psychosomatic practice has been really eye opening for me.
I’ve found myself thinking: “What if soothing a friend or being a shoulder to cry on for a loved one isn’t so much about “saying the right thing” and more about just being fully there with that person I care for?” 🦄

If you wanna learn more about the program I’m in comment a “🩵” and I’ll send you more details @integrativepsychology_

😇🌊🥦🩵These “4 Indicators of Mental Health” I leaned about in my Psychosomatic Practioner Training (PSPT) have been REALLY helpful for me to reference the past few weeks and to gauge how I am doing mentally. 💜
Hope you find my journal prompts on these 4 indicators insightful! 🥦😇🌊🩵

Confidence is a natural bi-product of action!

Change is CHOATIC. Wild. Not unison…forget about a “cute feed” type of ABSOLUTE MESS 🫟🫟🫟

Authenticity came knocking on my door on October 29th, 2021 and it kept knocking louder and LOUDER! Over the years I tried to squash it, suppress it, rebel against it… uhh yeah, that did not work. 🤣

After years of struggling to express myself in an industry and world I felt insecure in, I realize today I am a much different person. However, the person I am today is an amalgamation of all the tiny, awkward, weird (and maybe even a little cute??🤔), mutations that I experienced day by day along the way.

In light of that I have chosen to un-archive all of my old posts, so that my messy, weird, evolution can air out, be seen and therefore accepted.

I used to be scared of awkward, but now I realize this awkwardness (aka change) is the nature of reality.

If you are resonating to this—don’t hesitate to reach out, I work 1:1 with people on how to navigate this rollercoaster of change. 🩵💓💜

To listen.
To reconnect with the wisdom already within.

What to Expect

Whether you're navigating change, seeking clarity, healing old patterns, or simply craving deeper connection, this evening offers a space to be seen, heard, and supported by a community of women.

Led by @hay.snyder , a women's empowerment facilitator and retreat leader who blends meditation, psychology, breathwork, and spiritual wisdom to guide women back to their innate self-worth, inner strength, and authentic selves.

The most powerful transformations don't always happen alone.

Only YOU can fully feel it to heal it 🙃🩵💓
This is the hard truth!! And and important lesson I learned yesterday.

Btw, just want to be very clear on here—asking/receiving support through a hard time is also important and okay:)
BUT it is just when we RELY and FULLY DEPEND on another person or substance to emotionally regulate us that we can get into a bit of a pickle. 🥒

🩵You are the only one who can fully feel and process your emotions 🩵

If you are relating to this, and war some support—reach out to me VIA DM and I will send you my 1:1 offerings 💓🔮
