Happy September. Hold your horses. This year has been like a roller coaster ride with no off button. In the midst of writing Book Two, nostalgia bit me, so I went looking through the many different versions of myself. Being a woman is a blessing

Tonight's lunar eclipse in pisces has me nostalgic and in my feelings. what is time? and what airline does it use?

i miss when our only internet debate was freeing the nipple. can we please go back to much more important matters. such as freeing the nipple. stopping the hate. spreading the love. so we can all get on with it.

Mathilde changed the course of my career before we had even met. That was the kind of impact she had.

Even the way we met felt almost divinely directed, completely unplanned and across countries — but that’s a story for another time. We became close before ever meeting in person, spending hours on the phone. Laughing crying sharing stories and interests.

She invited me to my first Dior show in Paris, giving me the princess treatment. That invitation later led to a very special event we did together at The Dubai Mall, the first of its kind.

Mathilde lived and breathed beauty and fashion. Effortless, determined, and deeply dedicated to her work and her children, she lit up every room with her joie de vivre and had a gift for inspiring and connecting women.

It’s rare to meet someone who changes the course of your entire career. Mathilde had that power — with a smile, a compliment, and a helping hand, always.

It’s hard to believe someone so full of life is gone, but it’s also a reminder to take life more seriously and our worries less so. Mathilde touched so many lives, and I’m sending so much love to her family. 🤍 by @hayamaraka

Signs & synchronicities.

They’re happening around us all the time. So many, I suspect, that we overlook far more than we notice.

Synchronicities don’t necessarily exist to prove anything. Rather, they gently remind us that we’re not navigating life alone, even when the weather, literal or metaphorical, feels uncertain.

Pay attention. It’s all divine timing.
