Chequamegon is one of the strangest races in the @lifetimegrandprix series being only 40 miles of “MTB” but it’s pretty brutal - 2h17 of mostly max effort the whole time over rolling grass hills 🥵

I got another top 10 with a 7th place finish! Happy but I also want more! The last two races should be good 🤟🏼

This was a month ago in the US - and since then I’ve traveled back home, traveled and raced in Namibia, raced in SA and been up country twice for events.

I’m now at the airport again about to travel back to the US for 5 weeks, with a little trip to Canada in there too 🇺🇸🇨🇦

Fun day out yesterday at the most beautiful race we have on our calendar @race2thesea 😍

I finished 2nd to a strong @lisabone_ who got me on the line after spending all day together 👯‍♀️ I was just a bit flat towards the end of the race after being sick this week 🤧 Now time to recover before the next big goals coming up!

The @factorbikes Elara was a dream all day! First time testing it out on some singletrack and it handled it very well!

The @factorbikes Elara is out 😍

I got back from Leadville and this bike had just arrived at ECC for me. I had two days before leaving for Namibia for African Gravel Champs but I knew this would be the perfect bike. @marxcycleworx built it up and I had one ride on it before racing. It was perfect and it was fast! 130km of being off the front solo was the perfect way to test its aero capabilities. With 55mm tyres on there and being super aero, I believe it’s the fastest race bike.

Looking forward to many more fast kilometres and race days on this machine, starting with @race2thesea tomorrow 🤟🏼 by @hayleypreen

Less than two months to go till @gravel_burn and as race day gets closer, every training ride reminds me of one thing:
Nothing valuable should be wasted. Not energy. Not effort. Not opportunity.
In manufacturing, the same principle applies.
Every kilogram of waste generated has already consumed resources.
It has already been purchased.
How much value can we recover?♻️
Because every kilogram sent to landfill is value lost. 🗑️
