“I can’t make you love me” is yours 🤎

Making this record with @austinbianco felt like I was hitting the reset button. I felt like after my EP “I think I saw the moon” I was pretty deflated honestly & down on myself.

I know I need to be more patient and things take time to fly, but at the time I just kinda felt like a failure. Making this record brought back a sense of joy, exploration and a freedom that I had been craving! If I could just get out of my head and into my body then maybe I could understand more about myself…what I still feel like I need to say & haven’t said. Anyway, this song has been a light in my life for so many years & I didn’t know covering other peoples record could make me want to make my own. My hope with this record is the knowing that we can’t change people & to walk away from someone or a situation that doesn’t serve you or reciprocate what you need! Love you, - H x

Life lately has been pretty good to me.

NYC,Dublin, Spain, and Greece.
Beautiful friends getting married, wine tasting, cooking classes, late nights, early flights, and finally ticking Ikaria off the bucket list.

I laughed a little too hard, slept a little too little, and spent more time on planes than on the ground — but I came home feeling deeply grateful.

At the Beyoncé concert, I asked the woman working the elevator,

She laughed—and so did I—
But later I realized how true those words are.
Lately, life’s been a ride: highs that lift me, lows that shake me.
But through it all, the constant light has been the friendships I hold close.
