A marketing guide for improving your Airbnb’s digital presence ⬇️ 4. Use your photos and video to start posting on Pinterest (we see great website referrals from our client’s Pinterest pages). 5. Get some influencers in your vacation home and run GIVEAWAYS with them. Can’t find good ones? Start with @postawaytravels . 6. Build out two email funnels for new potential guests and return guests. Wait 6 months. See those numbers go up, bookings increase, and your digital presence actually reflect how amazing your property is. ⬇️Things to think about: You’ll need a Property Management System. My host clients tend to use @hospitable @lodgify @uplistingapp You need to think LONG TERM. What’s the first step that will move your Airbnb forward? I suggest starting with: 🍁A Brand Suite to nail down your creative direction. 🍁A Content Creation Visit to build up that database of photos and videos you can use for ALL OTHER STEPS. The two things you need to REALLY make a difference in your vacation rental’s marketing: 1. Branding, logos, type— a whole Brand Suite. We do this. 😉 2. A Content Creation Visit. I’ve got some news for ya—if you don’t have photos and VIDEO, you’re not going to be able to do much with that marketing funnel. You need a database, everybody. I’m not going to lie, The Nest, is absolutely fantastic. 👌 The host, Jilayne, owner of @thenest_collective , has thought through every detail of this Silverthorne, Colorado vacation rental. My favorite parts of the property? 🍁There’s a full coffee bar— with everything you need for basically any preference of coffee making and local beans from @redbuffalocafe . 🍁The layout is amazing— perfect for groups, in my opinion. There’s a big common area with a big deck that is ideal for hanging out in! But, the rooms are also tucked away (in case you need space). 🍁 It’s dog- friendly. There are treats, bowls, and even doggy shampoo. It’s a few minutes drive from downtown Silverthorne— which is the cutest little town on a riverwalk. Welches Peak Retreat is a modern craftsman in the forest of Welches, Oregon, built as the ultimate Mt. Hood basecamp. Spend your days on the slopes, trails, or river, then come home to a sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and a year-round stargazing dome.
