Chloe from Haze and Fae is back baby 🪩 🔥

We’ve loved introducing our Made to Move events this year bringing a fresh energy and higher frequency to the studio. And we are back from the summer break!

This evening is absolutely for you if you love the buzz of shaking it out on the dance floor, raving without the late night, music pulsating through the body and leaving all the stress behind. Plus, no hangxiety the next morning!

Join us on Friday 11th September for mocktails, good energy, unreal beats and a 60 minute Music is Medicine practice 🎶 🪩

We’ve had amazing feedback from previous events. Chloe is an amazing space holder who will make you feel supported and safe so you can move as though no one is watching. Come alone, come with friends, we are a really cool friendly bunch and can’t wait to move with you

The Phoenix Retreat - The Nervous System Reset

eeeekkkk I’ve just released this BEAUT of a Retreat Day to my private Phoenix 🐦‍🔥 Yogis What app group!!! (I’m giving them till Monday to have first refusal to secure their spot!!)

Get out of your head and into your body - the ultimate nervous system regulation. Movement is Medicine® bridges the gap between science, music, movement and rhythm, to release stress.

Nourish your body, mind & Soul by spending the day with me in the beautiful Yurt nestled amongst the plants and flowers at the back of Meadow Croft Garden Centre in Battlesbridge Essex for my August retreat! We will start the day out with friendly chatter while you browse your goodie bag & take your time to find your space on your mat amongst a group of wonderful humans.

Opening the day with Cacao heart opening ceremony, while sipping this ancient drink we will talk through intention setting, discuss & work through our nervous system and what causes us to become overwhelmed. Followed by an empowering Vinyasa Yoga flow. The we step into the magic that is Chloe from Movement is medicine.
“Being in Chloe’s company gives you something, a feeling of being alive, an ember in your belly flickers ever so slightly, ignites even, the freedom to come home to yourself. Chloe @hazeandfae is an embodiment of connection, to yourself, to others and the world. She’s been embarking on a quest to liberation, the greatest unfolding; wonna join her?”

Then you’ll head over to The Meadow Croft Kitchen (pre ordered) for a delicious brunch.

After our bellies are full & our souls are smiling from being around the empowering energy of women supporting women, we will head back to the Yurt for a glorious guided meditation & Gong bath lead by Sammi to finish off your day.

pride myself on creating safe, nurturing spaces for individuals to rediscover their strength, embrace their uniqueness and build resilience to navigate life’s challenges. No experience is necessary & all equipment is provided for you to be able to simply switch off and indulge in YOU time for five & a half hours.

*Please note this is an Adults, Women’s only event.

Overwhelmed?
Stuck?
Feel out of control?
Want a pause?
Or do you just want this space ...

I'm so excited for this one 🥲🫠

I have been consciously lighting a candle to choose to begin my day and it has been such a small conscious subtle change, that has planted seeds for everything and I didn't even realise.

Join me. This one comes from the bottom of my heart ❤️

It's so annoying making plans in the evenings sometimes when I just want a cup of tea in bed... Imagine if you could have a mini wellness rave in the morning...

Now that would start the day.

No need to miss out sugars, I got you 🤍

Daytime, let's go 💥

Let's connect in our human-ness 🤍 by @hazeandfae

I have some thoughts and elaborated on excuses.

I recorded this before a coaching session, which she then completely challenged me on this EXACT POINT. Spooky......
