Part two of my thesis!!! Illuminating Terror: The Transformative Power of Lighting in Horror was an exploration into how lighting can create terror and suspense. A process that was super fun, fulfilling, and exciting to work through. Inspiration came from many sources, including House of Leaves, the Haunting of Hill House, the Humans, Grey House, and so much more.

Big shout out to my cast: Abbie, Liam, Tommaso, Evan, and a special voiceover by Cooper. I could not have done it without y’all and I’m so grateful for your creativity, ideas, and passion.

Happy closing to The Rink!!! This has been such a challenging, amazing, and rewarding process. Working on a show that has not been produced in its original intended form in 40 years is an honor to be a part of. I’m extremely grateful for the creative team, cast, and crew for all of their incredible work on this production. The design team has been working on this show since April and I am so proud of what we accomplished. What a wonderful way to end my third semester at BU💜 Here’s to the Rink!🛼✨
