The second selection of food photos from the Field Restaurant.

Such amazing combinations of textures and flavours. I suspect this chef is on his way to a second star if he keeps being this creative. I've been in one, two and three star places across Europe and Japan, but in terms of creative combinations and new forms of presenting food this place is one of the best. This is definitely the first time I've been introduced to my food in advance of it being cooked. Thankfully, I recognised 90%+ of it, but the Artic Char beat me!

Eating Pho has become a tradition of ours on our visits to a city since the day we got into Copenhagen tired after a long journey for Drew's first half-marathon and the nearest restaurant was Pho Hanoi. This version of the delightful soup was generous in everything - meat, vegetables and deep umami flavours - a wonderful enjoyment. The rest of the food was great too - Muc Dong, Prague #mucdongprague by @hblackey

A fascinating evening, night and morning. With lots of reflection and some amazing moments.

I've enjoyed every minute of it, but now I think it is time for some rest - I think I can miss the fun of potential ministers walking up Downing Street and catch-up with the details a little later.

I've been having a rest from Instagram for a while, but back on today to celebrate an exciting day. This is the 12th General Election I've voted at, the 7th here in Tongwynlais and the excitement of having the right to exercise my franchise never dims. So to all my friends, go to vote today.
