It’s neat how dark times can influence you to seek the light. I think that’s one of the more beautiful things about people that I’m grateful for. This moment is inspired by a woman who was engulfed in darkness, but found her way out. I hope you find your way out of any darkness that surrounds you today.

If you like this drawing and would like to see more, please give this post a like and a share. Namaste, yo.

Two creative directions are coming together. 🥬🔮

I’ve been developing Cliffhangers Welcome and The Brassica Oracle, two original projects exploring storytelling, symbolism, and the ways we
interpret our experiences.

Cliffhangers Welcome uses tarot as a framework for storytelling, transforming traditional readings into unfolding narratives that invite us to examine the stories we’re living.

The Brassica Oracle is my own handmade divination system, built around the idea of peeling back layers to discover what’s beneath them. It’s
currently a working prototype, and I’ve begun incorporating its leaves into my tarot readings. I’m also developing it for future release and purchase. Stay tuned as it continues to grow!

I’m bringing these two practices together to explore new ways of engaging with narrative, intuition, and perspective.

There’s more to develop, more to discover, and plenty of room for the unexpected.

See. Don’t Control.

Art by itself was getting boring to me. And the stories around me were getting boring. So I started making my own- combing tarot, storytelling and illustration.

Cliffhangers Welcome- personalized tarot readings rendered stories. Free weekly collective transmissions are on YouTube, first one now streaming. Personal transmissions are now open.

DM me for more details, pricing and options.

Sooooo I started reading tarot again, but a little differently. My approach to art was getting a little constrictive for me, so I thought I’d take a breather and try something else. Instead of telling you outright what’s happening with the cards like a regular tarot reading, first I tell you a story based on the cards themes and then I break down the meaning in the extended.

This first round is a little rough, so be nice please, but I think I did pretty okay for all the parts I was managing to create a whole, cohesive unit. Still needs work, but I really do like it. I hope you do too.

If you’d like to check out the readings there is a link in my bio, it’ll take you to YouTube for the free reading and if you want to get your own reading there is a link to my Patreon.

We’re so excited to introduce Heather Toledo, one of the incredible artists featured in Sisterly Issue 01: Sisterhood. Her illustration, Daughters of Memory, invites us into a dreamlike world where feminine connection comes together in a truly captivating way.

Heather Toledo is a visual artist who has been painting professionally since 2017, working primarily in murals and large-scale imagery. Her practice is rooted in symbolism and storytelling, often exploring dreamlike and myth-inspired visual worlds. She is currently developing a personal body of work titled The Midnight Special, focused on themes of healing and transformation, marking a shift from public mural projects toward more intimate narrative work.

These paintings are going to be more than just art… they’re going to help people who don’t have the resources get control of their bodies again. Stay tuned for more details on this project and follow along to see what’s in store and how YOU can help!

I started a new piece today.
It’s about what happens when your mind and body takes in more than it can process.
And something starts to break…
This is just the underpainting, but the distortion is already there.
More soon.

I didn’t understand these clouds when I first started making them- I do now. They’re a representation of traumatic buildup, emotional residue. It’s what energy looks like in the body when it’s been neglected, ignored, overlooked. Just like the weather when atmospheric pressure is built up, it creates a storm. So too is it with the human body-when emotional pressure begins to build up, it rises towards the head and shoulders. Needs to be realized and released or you’ll be a jolty mess. I’m gonna do more of these for sure, good reminder for me.

✅ First mural I got to travel another state to!

Special thanks to my client and her family, it was such a pleasure to paint for you all and the experience was amazing. I’ll never forget your kindness.

And also a special thanks to my mom helping me on this one! Couldn’t have pulled it off without you! It was a real privilege to have her on board with me, love you mama 🥰😚💖

Cheers to many more experiences like it in the future!
