One from the vault. A few months back I landed my dream jewfish off the beach — 20lb braid, Baitjunkie minnow.

The fish made it out the back past the surf — spool was getting low. Had to dive into the shore break to land it and ended up underwater at one stage. Solo session. Screaming drag. One of the best moments I’ve had on sand.

Thanks to everyone who got me this far.

Going to great lengths to fish remote spots makes the fishing journey so much richer. Big hikes, climbing gear, paddling out - magnifies the experience. Lean into it. #landbasedfishing #landbasedgame #fishingnsw by @headland_provisions

Nice blue from the vault, pissed down rain all morning, got bitten by a tailor and almost pulled the pin. Sun came out and this guy showed up, made some great memories #landbasedgame #fishingnsw #tunafishing by @headland_provisions

So many pups around at the moment, gotta be a big one amongst them. Time to lock in and get a result.

Winters were spent throwing ropes around trees, looking for new ledges. Putting in pins, slogging it out to find new ground and get that sunrise solo session. #landbasedgame #fishing #jewfish by @headland_provisions
