Label Week 7/7: Disciple!

I had to end the week with the label that got me into this beautifully weird and wonderful community in the first place. Disciple has had its ups and downs over the 14 years it's been around, and its recent relaunch has received pretty mixed responses from what I've seen.

Call it seeing the situation through rose-tinted glasses, but Disciple has been, and will continue to be, my go-to record label for all things bass music. And while a lot of people are unsure about the 2026 relaunch, I look forward to seeing what this new era of Disciple holds.

Thank you all for sticking around through this fun little sidequest of mine. After this, I'll be taking a short break to prepare for 31posters. I'll be back in August, so stay tuned for more fun stuff!

Label Week 6/7: Monstercat!

This one means a lot to me. Seeing the label that pretty much got me through my school years celebrate with a worldwide party and a VIP of one of my favorite house songs of all time (that being Disconnected by Pegboard Nerds) was such a heartwarming experience. I can't express enough to the people behind the Monstercat project how much this label means to me as not just a fan of EDM, but as an enjoyer of music in general.

But enough gushing for now, tomorrow is the finale of Label Week! Can you guess what the label might be? (It's probably obvious by now)

It's not often you see woman-owned dubstep labels, but it's safe to say over the past year (and some change) BIN has been solidifying their place in the riddim community. For this poster, I decided to show some love to their upcoming compilation, AS003, and went for a more tech-focused aesthetic to match the vibe of the label itself. Let me know how it turned out!

I actually lost the .psd file for this originally, so this is the 2nd iteration of this poster.

Anyways, this label is definitely among my favorites. Whether it be the insanely cool art that @troy_dildhar makes, or the incredibly well-curated selection of underground artists on each compilation, Interval Audio has been killing it in the dubstep/bass music scene for as long as I can remember.
