Over the past year, we’ve grown. We’ve introduced new programs and deepened the way we support young people and their families. So this felt like the right time to re-introduce what we offer at Heal.ed Tribe. Our programs are designed to meet young people where they’re at. From therapeutic support and mentoring, to creative therapies, retreat days, yoga, eating disorder coaching and youth spaces, everything we do centres connection, care and wellbeing. So much of what we provide is free, because access matters. Early support matters. And no young person should feel alone due to financial barriers. Every program exists to help young people feel supported, build resilience, and move toward healing, while walking alongside families every step of the way.If you’re new here, welcome 🤍If you’ve been with us for a while, thank you for being part of this growing community 💌 by @heal.edtribe

Giving back is at the heart of everything we do.Recently, some of our incredible practitioners generously volunteered their time to support the young mums at YHES House, creating a space for connection, care, and wellbeing.Through meaningful conversations, shared experiences, and practical support, they reminded these young women that they are seen, valued, and never alone on their journey. We are so grateful to our practitioners who continue to share their expertise beyond our programs, helping strengthen our wider community one conversation at a time.Thank you for making a difference 💛 by @heal.edtribe

Yoga changes more than your body ↓Most people arrive on the mat thinking it’s just movement. A stretch. A way to loosen tight muscles or take a break from a busy week. And it is that… at first. But if you stay with it, even for a little while, you start to notice it’s doing something else in the background too.💛 You’ll begin creating space in your week that’s just for you - and realise how much that hour matters.💛 You’ll learn that not every challenge needs to be pushed through, and that slowing down can be just as powerful.💛 You’ll find yourself feeling more grounded when life feels busy, because you’ve practised coming back to the present moment.💛 You’ll start trusting your body more - appreciating what it can do rather than focusing on what it can’t.💛 You’ll notice that the way you speak to yourself becomes a little kinder, a little gentler, and a little more compassionate.💛 You’ll leave class feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected to yourself than when you arrived.Yoga isn’t just about what happens during the class. It’s about what you carry with you afterwards - into your relationships, your work, your family, and the everyday moments in between. by @heal.edtribe

Last Sunday, we had the pleasure of attending a beautiful High Tea in support of Heal.ed Tribe and were honoured to donate one of our gift baskets to help raise funds for such an incredible cause.Heal.ed Tribe is a Gold Coast–based charity dedicated to supporting the mental health and wellbeing of girls and young women aged 10–24 through mentoring, therapeutic support, education and wellbeing programs. Their work provides hope, connection and life-changing support for young people who need it most.A huge thank you to everyone involved in organising such a meaningful event. It was a wonderful afternoon spent supporting a cause that is making a real difference in our community. 💛 by @heal.edtribe

Over the past 60 days, we have witnessed what can happen when a community comes together with compassion and a shared belief that young girls deserve the opportunity to access support. To every person who donated, shared our posts, told someone about The Dandelion Project, or supported this campaign in any way, thank you.Your kindness has helped remove barriers that can prevent young girls from accessing the care they need. Because of you, eight young girls will have the support, connection, and encouragement they need as they continue their recovery journey. This is the impact of community. This is what happens when we choose to show up for young girls who need support. From all of us at Heal.ed Tribe, thank you for being part of this journey 🤍 by @heal.edtribe
