🚨 LOOKERS & BOOKERS, COME GET INTO THIS! 👀😂
The Bahamas 🇧🇸 pulled up to Doral and said, “Chef, we have SPECIAL REQUESTS!”
And I said… “Baby, you called the RIGHT CHEF!” 👩🏽‍🍳🔥

A family of four came to Doral for a little vacation and decided they wanted dinner brought to them—BUT everybody had their own agenda! 😂

Mama said:
🥗 “I need some CONCH SLAW!”
🥥 “Give me those CURRY COCONUT CHICKPEAS!”
🍚 “And some ASIAN BROWN FRIED RICE!”

Meanwhile, the boys were like… “Forget all that healthy stuff, where’s the GOOD GOOD?” 😂😂

They wanted:
🍝 Pasta with a creamy garlic white sauce
🍗 Baked jerk chicken
🍖 Ribs
🧀 Mac & Cheese

And listen… THE FOOD DID NOT COME TO PLAY! 🔥🔥🔥

The plates were CLEAN.
The compliments were LOUD.
And Chef Nisha was over there like… “Y’all sure you don’t want me to stay for dessert too?” 😂👩🏽‍🍳

But here’s the REAL TEA ☕️…

A WHOLE WEEK LATER, MOM CALLED ME! 📞😂

She said, “We definitely had a Healthy Twist food experience!” ❤️

Now when a client calls you ONE WEEK LATER just to tell you how good the food was…

✨ Mahi-Mahi topped with a vibrant mango salsa
✨ Shrimp kebabs finished with fresh mango salsa
✨ Vegetable kebabs featuring cauliflower, squash, zucchini, and onions
✨ Seven-cheese stuffed mushrooms
✨ Seafood rice
✨ Asian kale
✨ Cranberry Asian salad

Every dish paired beautifully together—light, refreshing, colorful, and bursting with flavor. If I may say so myself, this meal was absolutely delicious!
