We’re open! Come take a walk through the new space with me this morning. The Haus Café, the studio, all of it. This is exactly what I saw in my head years ago in terms of scale, design and detail. Now it’s finally real. 🙌🏾

Grateful to be building this chapter in Newark with Audible, and just as excited for what’s next: a return to Brooklyn, and the launch of Virtual Haus so this can reach you wherever you are.

Eight years ago, the vision was simple: make wellness a space where everyone could see themselves. A catalyst for change. A place that felt like it was built for you.

What started in a Brooklyn studio grew into something greater than ourselves, reaching people globally online, showing up in workplaces, and shifting culture while healing our communities in the process. The community expanded, and so did the mission.

Now we’re stepping into a new chapter.

Newark Haus is officially open Saturday, June 20. As a thank you to the community that has held us up all these years, your first week of classes is on us. Link in bio.

Coming soon to Newark: @healhaus 🧘‍♀️✨

We got a beautiful sneak peek yesterday at HealHaus’s soft opening at The Pillars, and the energy was incredible! The space looks absolutely stunning, the community vibe was strong, and the café looks beautiful.

This is going to be a really nice wellness addition to Newark, with yoga classes, meditation, acupuncture, and a whole lot more on the way.

We’re looking forward to their official public opening in the next few weeks. Stay tuned for the exact date and hours!

Jay-Z on therapy: talking to a stranger about his life sounded like a nightmare.

Being from Brooklyn, therapy carried a stigma. Opening up wasn’t something you did. But he stayed with it, and in time he saw what it gave him. Growth, clarity, and proof that evolution and maturity go hand in hand.

In his words: “this spiritual sh*t really works.” 🙌🏾

That’s the belief HealHaus was built on. Healing isn’t weakness. It’s a practice, and it gets easier the longer you show up for it.

We exist to make that first step feel less like a nightmare and more like held space.
