“just look around - these people you’ve found” 🤍

words can’t articulate the wholesome feeling I have in my heart after the retreat week in guatemala.

these humans and now my family courageously took a pause in their busy lives to explore the depths of themselves

we leaned uncomfortably into our vulnerability and soon after watched the magical doors of liberation open up

although the retreat ended - it became a birthplace for a new beginning. an opportunity to head back into the world more in tune with themselves and with clarity as their super power

observing their breakthroughs and genuine care for one another was so refreshing & something of a dream

can’t thank you all enough again for trusting @amberleighmcbride , @solseedretreats, @duend_elf , @lomasdetzununa and I as your leaders - this moment will forever be in our hearts

love to love you all #FUEGO

hey you! 🤍 have you ever noticed how sometimes, when you get a little farther away from your everyday life, you find yourself feeling a little closer to you?

away from the routines, the responsibilities, and all the noise, there’s space to slow down, gain a little clarity, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that sometimes feels lost in the day-to-day.

we’d love for you to experience that with us in nicaragua this january. 🌴

a week of yoga, adventure, and deep connection.

we were able to add two more spots on our retreat (thank you @amarunicaragua resort!)

& are offering $300 off each spot through 10/17!

use promo code “LETSGO” at check out. Link in bio to save your spot 🫶🏼😁

first stop📍: had a proper solo pub crawl in london where I sang the armstrong’s tune:

“I come from london 🇬🇧,
that’s sort of like england.
in fact, it ‘tis.
& I’m not your dog anymore!”

for those who know, know 🤣

Charlotte & I rented a 2021 Harley-Davidson Sportster XL883N for a day of shenanigans. I miss having my own bike but riders-share.com is amazing! Nothing beats an unplanned day on 2 wheels with your best friend! 🤘 by @healinfeelinyogaa
