Everyday that I open the spa doors I feel so much joy 🤗. It’s truly an honor to work in a field where I get to help people daily. Being a massage therapist can be tough, but there is no greater reward than being able to support those around you 💌. Say Goodbye to Tension: Gua Sha for Neck & Scalp Relief 💆🏻‍♀️

We begin our treatment with our Soothing Hair & Scalp Oil, massaging it in with our fingers first and then using the Gua Sha from the base of the neck to the base of the skull. This will calm inflammation, stretch the fascia and ease muscular discomfort. Rosemary will provide a revitalizing tingle while stimulating circulation and promoting hair growth. 🌿

We then apply our Body & Massage Oil to the neck and shoulders, pulling the gua sha down the side of the neck and over the shoulder area, and wherever there is tension. Small circles help break up knots and provide relief.

This routine is great acute or chronic neck and shoulder pain since the neck muscles are connected to the scalp. This provides headache relief and increased circulation when massaged together.

My name is Carrigain and I have such a deep passion and love for all things spa. I graduated I from Aveda in 2015 with a dual licensure in Esthetics and Massage. Since then I have focused in holistic and organic spa treatments. Each year I focus on continuing education to grow my knowledge and bring you the best treatments available. 🧖🏻‍♀️

I specialize in sugaring hair removal, gua sha, herbal poultice, lymphatic and energy work. I love full body treatments and combining different modalities and energy work to give you a truly amazing experience. 💖

Since 2019 I became an educator and have loved every moment of it! Students are the light of my life, yes even the challenging ones lol. They teach me so much and continue to show me where to grow. 🌿

When I am not in the treatment room I enjoy staying active outdoor. Paddling and competing with my friends and dragon boat team, I love to hike and never pass down sharing a good meal! 🚣🏽‍♀️
