Last year, we hosted the first-ever Refresh, Refocus, and Relaunch Conference in Europe... right in the city of Tallinn.

Hi warriors,

Last Saturday, we did a thing… no, scratch that—we created a movement.

Let’s rewind to the beginning of the year. There was a burden placed on my heart for women, especially immigrants in the diaspora, right here in Estonia. I saw so much potential, so much zeal—but life, society’s standards, and the hustle of survival had caused many to conform, to shrink their dreams and play small.

But their Creator had a different story to tell:
“I have equipped my daughters for greater things, but they are running on empty. They need rest. They need refocus. They need to dream again and launch into the fullness of who I’ve called them to be.”

And with that came not just a vision but specific instructions. Every detail, down to the exact number of attendees we needed—not more, not less—was divinely orchestrated. And we obeyed.

The result? Refresh, Refocus, and Launch (R2L)—the first conference of its kind in Estonia. This was not just an event but a transformative experience designed to equip women to Refresh, Refocus and Launch.

And oh, did we deliver! Every element—sessions, speakers, connections, and even the thoughtfully crafted packages (yes, those famous mugs)—came together perfectly. It was intentional, impactful, and absolutely unforgettable.

The reviews? They’re still pouring in, and let me just say this: people are already counting down to 2025. Should we let them in on what’s coming, or keep them guessing?

For those who were there, you know it wasn’t just an event—it was an experience. For those who missed it, well... let’s just say, you missed out.

Sometimes “I’m fine” is the easiest answer when the truth feels too heavy to explain.

Pain does not always look like pain, especially when someone has learned how to hide it.

Investments and forex wahala

The first time someone reaches out may be the moment we learn to keep checking in.

Never assume a laugh means the pain has disappeared.

Sometimes there is no second call, no warning, and no chance to know.

When life becomes overwhelming, shame can make asking for help feel even harder.

Being surrounded by people does not always mean someone feels supported.

Some pain does not look like falling apart.

It looks like showing up. Going to work. Replying to messages. Laughing with people.

And then going home exhausted from carrying something nobody knows about.

Sometimes you have been saying I am okay for so long that even the people who love you have stopped asking twice.

But you deserve somewhere you do not have to perform being okay.

As we enter September I want us to have more honest conversations about the pain people carry in silence. Not to sensationalise it. But to make it easier to speak, ask, listen and get support.
