I have seen women come into your circles completely wrecked-crying, emotionally and psychologically overwhelmed, suffering-in physical pain and isolation, grieving, anxious and depressed, and I have watched these women HEAL. Quickly, too! I’ve never seen anything like it, Selena!!I spent 20 years studying psychology and neuroscience at NYU, Harvard University, Stanford and UC Berkeley, and I never ran across someone who could, literally, HEAL people suffering from severe trauma, P.T.S.D., suicidal ideation/depression, etc.,-and without medication or in-patient intervention of any kind! Not until I met you!!It’s truly awe-inspiring that you are able to do all the incredible things that you know how to do. Not only do you help us heal, but you do so with grace, compassion, wisdom, instinct and intuition, fun, friendship, community, and by empowering us, rather than victimizing us. 💪 This is what one of my lovely clients wrote to me this morning saying this !! Today I pulled a card to see what I need to be told and to have something to meditate on throughout my day. I pulled this,and I love this card and the message that it seems to shout!! As my grandad used to say, moderation is the key to all. We live a blessed life when we stop, listen, and appreciate the world around us. In the stillness between earth and heaven, held by the moon and the sun’s energy, we find a balance where all elements provide exactly what we need for support. Accessing this energy is easy; it's always available but do we? Or do we rush around, unaware that the magic is around us? Unaware that the key to living is balance? Harmony? As within, so without? Would that end our wars? Wouldn't the world be a better place if we slowed down, breathed in the harmony, stopped to align our chakras, connected to heaven and earth, and acknowledged mother earth and father spirit before rushing about our day?. Today, if you are reading this or have seen the card please take a breath with me. Breathe in the healing energy of spirit and breathe it through your body with the intention of balancing your chakras and energy field. Then, take that breath all the way down to Mother Earth, give gratitude for your breath and slowly return to your day noticing the difference made by taking that pause, that breath and the acknowledgment of the connection you have made. It was so beautiful celebrating in our gathering the start of the Year of the Fire Horse, the eclipse, and the powerful New Moon in Aquarius. The energy feels electric — like something is shifting, after a long period of choas and/or stagnation.Today, I pulled a card that perfectly captures how I’m feeling about this new year for all of us: ~The Star.In this card, the woman is emerging from the stars — and honestly, it feels like that’s you.
