A while ago, I took @shoutbam @jimbobernaus ‘s Art Nouveau Lettering class on @skillshare & decided to apply what I learned in this illustration:) Art Nouveau is an art style I’ve always wanted to learn, so I’m glad I took the class!
.
It’s been useful for making my wedding decors too 👀 After my wedding I’m hoping to post my diy works!

X: Wheel of Fortune 🎡
.
Hello~! I haven’t done a watercolor painting in a hot minute! I love learning tarot, and I chose the Wheel of Fortune because it reminds me to honor the flow of life: what goes up must come down, and when you’re in the low your only way is up.
.
I took big inspiration from the Rider-Waite edition and gave my own twist (peep Stormi and Pon!) Swipe for some behind-the-scenes 🎥
.
I have other exciting announcements so stay tuned~! by @healrt_

Completed @jessicahische ‘s “Illustrated Lettering: Design a Book Cover” on @skillshare 📕 This class was so helpful!! The yellow/gold & purple would be a foil if this were to be printed😊
.
I definitely went through some art blocks during the process, but this reminded me of my college/uni days & how fun tackling new projects were🥹 The 3 color palette was also a challenge too!
.
I want to continue expanding my knowledge on hand lettering✍️
