A little over two months post-show. While not vascular anymore, we are starting to soften nice & slowly. With these heels, I won’t need a booster seat in CA come Jan😆 #blue #bikinibody #competitor by @heanglayfit

Just some cable curls for this girl. Arms was never an issue from feedbacks, so we are just maintaining and not growing anymore there. We FINALLY got new gym toys/equipments at my other gym but I’m way too sore from that brutal leg session to post yesterday’s. #biceps #arms #definition #fitnesslifestyle #upperbody by @heanglayfit

Judges’ Feedback:
“You have a beautiful shape and can be in the top spots but need to come in with a touch leaner/tighter physique with little more detail/pop next time. Also, work on adding more glute density from the top of your glutes for projection, an overall fullness of the glutes, and some more development for legs. Bring it all together and you will be doing some damage at your next show.” #womenwithmuscles #fitover40 #fitlife by @heanglayfit

Seafood post-show meal: crab legs, shrimps, mussels & ‘tatoes @ The Gulf. Followed by the classic banana split at @ Sugar. #postshowmeal #seafood #letseat #shellfish by @heanglayfit

Extremely proud with the new shape, package, presentation and routine at this show. While we did not place top 5; I’m ok with that. We had everything that we could control, under control and left no stone unturned: prep/diet/cardio/routine/conditioning…just needing more size. Normally this show would have 3-4 competitors in my division in the last several years, the prize money was huge this time around, plus being a Master’s Olympia qualifier, made it stacked with 26 competitors in my division. Just Pro Prejudging alone went into 5 hours of overtime!!! #fitafter40 #mastersbikinicompetitor #bodybuilding #blue by @heanglayfit
