When I sat down to create this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training, I didn’t start with the curriculum, I started with a question:
How do I want people to feel when they leave?

Of course you’ll learn anatomy, philosophy, sequencing, breathwork, meditation, practice teaching, and everything needed to become a confident yoga teacher. But more importantly, I hope you leave feeling more connected - to yourself, to others, to your practice, and the world at large.

The slides in this post are the values that shaped this training, and they’re the foundation of every weekend we’ll spend together. If they resonate with you, I’d love to invite you to learn more.

💖 Early Bird enrollment ends July 1 with a $500 deposit to reserve your spot taken in Heart Thread Collective by @heart.thread

Venus RX in my Scorpio 4th house = deep reflection on roots + family + childhood.

One of the most powerful things I’ve done is inner child work, and in particular working with it through the chakras + energy healing.

Little Rachel! Look how far we’ve come 💜 I love you taken in Heart Thread Collective by @heart.thread

Libra is the sign of justice and balance, and is ruled by Venus (which just went retrograde) - asking us to review balance and justice not only in our own life, but in the collective.

🌑✨ What intentions do we want to plant to bring more balance and justice into our own lives? And how does that ripple out?

Join Becca this Saturday for a magical circle: a little movement to shake off the old, card pulls, meditation, journaling, and time to integrate it all, supported by community. 💜
