I’m Chloe. I am an occupational therapist and Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, as well as a postpartum doula. I am working toward my IBCLC (International Board Certified Lactation Consultant), meaning my hands-on care is supervised. This means I will be able to bounce ideas off of and problem solve with experienced IBCLCs. I also can refer out very complex cases to a local IBCLC. Updates to my website are coming soon! Feel free to slide in my dms, email me or contact through the website to set up a consultation! I look forward to supporting you and your family on your baby feeding journey! #ibclcintraining #breastfeeding #certifiedbreastfeedingspecialist #chestfeedingsupport #lgbtqparents #occupationaltherapy #tonguetie #losangelesmoms #ocmoms by @heart_centered_postpartum
Welcome to Heart Centered Postpartum! My name is Chloe and I'm a mom of a 5 year old, an angel baby, and a giant mastiff. I am bi, queer, neurodivergent, mixed race white and Japanese. I feel that birth work and caring for families in their tender postpartum period needs to be from an antiracist, trauma-informed, anti-ableist, identity-affirming lens. I am passionate about helping the family unit feel supported, and witnessing new parents take ownership and thrive. I love celebrating small wins! I am constantly stepping back and learning from others who have walked this road ahead of me, or who have completely different experiences than me. It is important for me to acknowledge my biases and privileges in this space and world. Some things I love are music, nature, my son, my husband (we are high school sweethearts), sibling, parents and friends. And my dog. And DANCING! I can't wait to connect with you, feel free to reach out! 💖 by @heart_centered_postpartum
