For 7 years, I let my art speak for itself, and now I'm finally adding a face to my works.👋

I’m Hannelore, a happy🙃, passionate, creative on a mission to remind the world that art made from the heart❤️ is the most meaningful kind.

For everyone who has supported me on my journey in some way, I'm endlessly grateful! ❤️

My favourite character, Omer, the pink dog, deserved to be painted as well😅

I still have some canvases left. What would you like to see?

Swipe to see the sketches behind this painting. I decided to share some more behind the scenes work. Let me know of you'd like to see more of it😉❤️

I try to sketch with pen because it forces me to be confident in my linework and try out different variations.

Working like this makes me less worried about my failed attempts and I can easily see what I like or not😅. by @heart_ist_

Was not really proud of this one but decided to share it anyway, since I felt like art also doesn't have to be perfect or come out great. I wan't to lower the pressure to create and not be worried about the outcome since I had a lot of fun making it😉❤️

I've been inspired by my old art lately😅. This giraffe was one of my favourites during inktober, and I decided to paint it and give it some more colour ❤️

Art doesn't always have to be serious. Sometimes it can be weird, silly, and completely unnecessary… and that's exactly what makes it fun. 🎨✨

Making these little doodles in the sand on Iona reminded me of something.

Try making art like a kid.❤️

Not because kids are naturally better artists, but because they don't start with the question, "Will this be good?" They start with, "What if I make this?💭💥"

I've been making things for as long as I can remember. Even as a child, when we were visiting family and the grownups couldn't stop talking😉😅, I'd pull out my markers and draw. It wasn't practice. It wasn't a career. I was just keeping myself entertained.

I recently finished "Don't Call It Art"📚 by @austinkleon , and one idea stuck with me: so much creativity begins with boredom. When there's nothing else to do, your mind starts making things. So, put your phone aside for once and see what you end up doing/making. taken in Isle of Iona, Scotland by @heart_ist_
