I will start by saying my clients are top tier humans and rarely do I have any issues with clients cancelling last minute or pushing back when asked to pay the applicable fees.

But boyyyy when these situations do come up and I have to defend my business and its practices it triggers me in ways that truly affect my well being and thus affect my ability to provide the excellent service and vibe each of my clients deserve.

Time is currency. Effort is currency. Practicing open communication and giving me proper notice so I can make decisions that feel best for me and the many people I service is a love language.

Like many, I am still recovering from the trauma this pandemic has caused. While I have not experienced this disease personally I have beared witness to so many lives that were taken away or greatly affected by this beast. It took away my ability to establish a consistent income for 8 months in 2020 and completely shattered my relationship with financial stability and healing my relationship with money is something in actively working on but it all takes time.

I kindly ask that anyone who books with me familiarize yourself with the policies and respect that they are here to not only protect me and my ability to stay in business and provide you an amazing service but also they health and well being of the Heart and Sol Nails community. by @heartandsolnails

If you are a client of mine please remember your nail art photos/ideas are due no later than 24 hrs prior to your appointment.

I am able to provide the best experience and service for you as well as maintain healthy work/life balance when I receive your ideas in advance.

If you do not provide your pictures and ideas within this time period you will automatically be upgraded to the equivalent Artist's Choice appointment and will pay the additional charge

This is a hard boundary for me there are no exceptions. Thank you for respecting my policies and procedures. by @heartandsolnails

Instantly feel in love @__r_o_n_3__ glassware and decided to use a double chill pill day to showcase the same inspiration photo translated into nail art on 2 different clients.

1 with long nails and the other with nails.

Both nails are natural, healthy, and tailored to each person's individual needs.

Both came out so beautiful and I don't even think you can tell that the power went out while I was doing the short nail set and I had to have my client hold up her iPhone so finishing painting the final details 😮‍💨

No matter what I was gonna get the job done and send my client off with a fabulous set of nails and now we both have a fun story to tell 😅 by @heartandsolnails

This past weekend @ashb6 and I hosted a lil Galentine's brunch with crafts, cocktails, and flowers. Needless to say I was in my element and had a blast with the girlies! My happy place is truly making beautiful things with beautiful people while connecting to community. More of these please 🙏 by @heartandsolnails
