The Heart House origin story: Art From The Heart.

I discovered I had WPW 4 years ago and every year I choose to spread awareness on what it is and to encourage people to seek out medical guidance and voice their concerns if ever something feels off, despite how small it may seem.

This statement should be applied to any health concern. One check up can potentially save your life.
:)/

I am happy to share my art journey with you and see where it takes me next!

This didn’t happen overnight. 🫀

For the past 3 years I’ve been building up Heart House By Mikey to what it is now. Through several art markets, exhibitions, all nighters and tons of art pieces to show for it I’m very proud looking back at the journey that I’ve had. These clips show a glimpse into that journey and I’m excited for what’s to come next.

A lively post to reflect on the fun I’ve had so far in 2026 with my art journey and the things that have kept my creativity alive along the way!

And I’m excited to see what the rest of the year has in store for me 🤠🙈

Don’t shit where you sleep. But painting is allowed (I hope)

Vlog #2? Idk if this counts
But I’ve made progress on my painting 🌻💀!

Have also literally spent the last 12 hours flipping my room around redecorating and creating new space for making art. It was a much needed ‘renovation’ but so nice to clear up my space again and have it feel ‘fresh’ by @hearthousemedia

In my vlogging era 🤠🙈

Yes I am aware that I have pastel smudged on my face but I didn’t realise at the time. But enjoy this video

Art block sucks, but the urge to create is a strong force that will come out when it needs to!

🌻 💀
Now that I filmed this I guess I gotta hold myself accountable to share the results soon! Stay tuned

Much love

‘ TOO BIG FOR MY DREAMS ‘ 💀💐

Oil pastels on cardboard, Sized A1
Heart House by Mikey, 2026 ™️ 🫀

Funny story about the title of this piece: I initially made this on a whim nights before my flight to Lebanon this summer in hopes to have a new and bigger art piece to display at my exhibition. However because of my silliness, it didn’t occur to me to measure how big the canvas was before starting the painting.

Who would’ve thought that an A1 sized cardboard DOES NOT fit in one’s suitcase 🙈🤣😔 and no, it couldn’t be rolled up.

So after some brainstorming and crazy diy plans to make it work, it was decided best to leave this painting behind in London as it simply couldn’t fit into my journey to my art show. Simply, too big for my dreams

Hope you enjoyed 💐

More big paintings coming soon!

LANDSCAPES & SKELETON STORIES’ 🫀🏠☠️🏞️

Just two weeks ago I had the absolute pleasure of hosting my 2nd ever solo art exhibition and pop up shop back home in Lebanon! 🇱🇧 Here are some snapshots from that weekend

I want to say a big thank you to everyone who showed up and gave the time to check out my work and support me in my journey with art! I have a lot of love for you all 🫀🌼

‘Landscapes & Skeleton Stories’ was a collection of paintings that capture moments of calm, chaos and self-growth through the lens of my art.

And especially a big thank you to @sitt.naila for hosting me at your lovely shop once again and allowing me to come back for part 2! ❤️

Until next time 🇱🇧
