The response to our production assistant position has been awesome-wow! Really appreciate the interest, the shares and good vibes for adding someone to our team.

Next steps: we will accept applications until this Friday, 10/9 and then reach out to folks the week of 10/12 for interviews/updates.

Believe me, we are super mindful of what it is to 1) need a job and 2) how to keep the hiring process transparent, efficient and, mostly, human.

Hey folks!❤️

We are adding to our “small but mighty” team of two!

Looking for someone who is interested in learning about bread production and good with all that comes with it such as packaging, lots of cleaning and lifting 50 lb bags of flour or loading up full bins of bread for markets.

Also, having a positive energy, a collaborative spirit and a good sense of humor are all very important to us. Bread making is awesome, hard work and life is too short not to have fun doing it, right?

UPDATE: We are just about sold out for preorders for this Friday (wow🥹!). Gerry and I added as much as we could and y’all grabbed it up! Still have some bread & focaccia left.

Sooooo…🤷🏻‍♀️

As always, we will make bread & cookies for the porch/walk up and we’ll be at @hamiltonlauravillemainstreet Main St Market tomorrow night, 5-7:30pm with this week’s menu.

Looking ahead, we will add another day to the porch pick up starting in November once markets wrap up. So excited you like the bread as much as we do!

Hi folks!

9/19 Saturday Porch is closed today but we’ll be back at starting Tuesday for @pattersonparkfarmersmarket, @hamiltonlauravillemainstreet Main St Market on Thursday and Friday Porch on 9/25.

Gerry came home from @kingarthurbaking with a full mind and heart! Putting together a reel so share soon. Also, he brought home bags full of amazing bread…what to do?

Miss you and looking forward to getting bread/baked goods back into your bellies next week!
