My sound healing art

Sound therapy is a form of healing which helps to bring the person into a present state of consciousness and this beautiful relaxed state encourages deep healing.

Singing bowls produce specific frequencies which help the brain to produce desired effects, such as relaxation, improved focus, and concentration, and reduced stress and anxiety.

Conch shell (shankh) originated during the Churning of the ocean, it is believed both Lakshmi and Vishnu reside in it. The vibrations emanated will distress negative energies and get rid of them, bringing mind to the present and positive state. Blowing a conch shell is beneficial for the heart and respiratory system.

Bells are made to produce a distinct sound that can create unity of your left and right brain. Bells produce a sharp and lasting sound that lasts for seven seconds in echo mode which will touch our seven healing centers or chakras in our body.

Flute has nine holes and represents the human body,it has a voice that quiets the mind and can induce calm, relaxation and emotional healing.

The Goddess of consciousness,she has always been there for me.

Bhairavi is the warrior goddess,power of consciousness dwelling in every human being. She is known as Kundalini. Basic to both the cosmic and individual aspects is identification of Bhairavi with tremendous power.

As a Mahavidya, Bhairavi is known as kriya shakti- the power of action. She is present where consciousness and energy are fully focused.

She has the fire that drives us to overcome obstacles, including our own self-limitation or spiritual laziness.

Power of consciousness and fire to drive us are the two powerful tools that can help us become more aware of our thoughts, feelings, and actions. They can help us connect to our inner selves in a deeper way and bring about positive changes in our lives,this is nothing but being mindful and being in the present.

The soul can neither be cut by weapons, nor consumed by fire;
neither can water wet it, nor can the wind dry it.
The soul is eternal,untouched by time, untouched by death. And perhaps that is why I feel you have been with me since forever.

I do not know when our journey began, nor do I know how many lifetimes have carried your presence into mine. There are things you have done for me that I remember, and there are countless things you may have done that I will never even know. Yet I feel them,in the moments I was protected without knowing, in the paths that opened when I had no idea where to go, in the strength that came to me when I thought I had none left.

And if souls are truly eternal, then I will wait for you,not merely for a lifetime, but forever.
Some bonds are beyond time, beyond words, beyond understanding.

For all that you have done, for all that you continue to do, and for everything I may never be able to comprehend, thank you.

How lovely is that vision divine,
Vitthal stands upon the brick, serene and fine.
Hands on His waist, calm and still,
His gentle smile bends every will.

Eyes that shine with boundless grace,
Light of heaven upon His face.
In that form so pure and sweet,
My heart forgets the worldly beat.

O Lord of Pandharpur, humble and kind,
You bring true peace to the restless mind.
No jewels, no throne, yet You outshine all,
In Your name, the weary stand tall.

I sing with the folded hands,
“Only in Your thought I understand—
The world is fleeting, but You remain,
My joy, my freedom, my sweetest gain.”

बाँसुरी की टेर सुन, धड़के ग्वालिन प्राण ।
श्याम बिना सब शून्य है, नयन तरसें आन ॥
The melody of Krishna’s flute stirs the Gopī’s very soul;
Without Shyām, all feels void, and her eyes ache for His sight.

Her anklet rests silent, yet longs to dance,
Each chime awaits His footsteps' chance.
Her gaze drifts far, across Yamuna’s tides,
Dreaming of the flute he hides.

The night is fragrant, but her heart is bare,
Each star reminds her he is not there.
She whispers His name into the breeze,
Praying it carries across the trees.

Her spirit is wild, yet bound by love,
Her laughter hushed, eyes fixed above.
One glimpse of him would still her pain,
One smile, and joy would reign.

All those in her longing’s glow, they see,
A soul surrendered, endlessly free.
She waits, her heart a sacred shrine,
For Krishna’s hand to clasp in time.

The marriage of Sītā and Rāma, as joyfully celebrated in Saint Tyāgarāja’s song "Sītā Kalyāṇa Vaibhōgame", is portrayed as a moment of divine beauty, spiritual glory, and cosmic harmony. More than a royal wedding, it symbolizes the sacred union of two divine beings—Sītā, radiant with purity and grace, and Rāma, majestic in virtue, strength, and compassion. The event is filled with celestial joy, marked by the presence of gods, sages, and the chanting of sacred mantras. While honoring their union, Tyāgarāja especially exalts Rāma’s noble qualities, depicting him as a fearless yet humble protector, beloved by devotees and praised even by Hanumān and Lord Śiva. He is seen as the embodiment of the Vedas and the sustainer of the universe, offering both worldly joy and spiritual liberation. The song culminates in Tyāgarāja’s heartfelt devotion, presenting the marriage as a celebration of divine love and his own act of loving surrender.

Where Women Are Honored , Divinity Blossoms There; And Where They Are Dishonored , All the Actions Remain Unfruitful.

Women bring prosperity to a household through procreation and deserve respect and reverence. Their presence enriches the home, and they are no different from the goddess of wealth.

Thanks to many reformers who pioneered women's education, the status of women has significantly improved. However, in some regions, women continue to face oppression under the guise of tradition and culture. True tradition should promote equality, ensuring that both men and women are treated with dignity and respect.

A woman, when she marries, embraces a new family with love and dedication, often setting aside parts of her past identity. She should be welcomed as a valued family member, not treated as a servant. Her presence enriches the home, bringing prosperity, much like the goddess of wealth. Honoring women is essential, as only in a society that respects and uplifts them can achieve true progress and harmony.

ಮೇಲ್ಗೆನೆಯ ಕಡೆದರೆ ಬೆಣ್ಣೆಯಾದೆ
ಮೇಲಾದ ತುಪ್ಪವೂ ನಾನಾದೆ ಕಾಸಿದರೆ
ನೀನಾರಿಗಾದೆಯೋ ಎಲೆ ಮಾನವಾ
ಹರಿ ಹರಿ ಗೋವು ನಾನು ||

ಹಾದಿ ಬೀದಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕಸದ ಹುಲ್ಲನು ಮೈದು
ಬಂದು ಮನೆಗೆ ನಾನು ಅಮೃತವನೀವೆ
ಅದನುಂಡು ನನಗೆರಡು ಬಗೆವ ಮಾನವ ನೀನು
ನೀನಾರಿಗಾದೆಯೋ ಎಲೆ ಮಾನವಾ
ಹರಿ ಹರಿ ಗೋವು ನಾನು ||

When milked, I become milk; when treated, I turn into curds. If my crust is churned, I become butter, and when heated, I transform into ghee. O Man, see how you contribute to this world! I am the sacred cow.

I graze on the grass that grows along the path you walk; I return home and offer you nectar. Yet, you betray me. O Man, how do you contribute to this world? I am the sacred cow.

The poem portrays the sacred cow as a symbol of selfless giving, providing nourishment while receiving little in return. Despite benefiting from the cow, mankind is shown as ungrateful and deceitful, highlighting human selfishness. This reflects a broader truth—humans exploit animals and nature for their gain while neglecting their well-being. Even among themselves, selfishness prevails through exploitation and betrayal. The poem questions mankind’s true contribution to the world, urging humans to embrace gratitude, compassion, and selflessness instead of greed and exploitation.

प्रबल प्रेम के पाले पड़ के,
प्रभु का नियम बदलते देखा ।
अपना मान भले टल जाए,
भक्त का मान न टलते देखा ॥

Driven by the power of deep love,
I witnessed the laws of God shifting.
Even if it risks His own honor,
He would never allow His people's dignity to be harmed.

This event also is a metaphor for the eternal conflict between dharma (righteousness) and adharma (unrighteousness) at the heart of the Mahabharata. Krishna's act of lifting the wheel represents his readiness to do whatever is necessary to safeguard dharma and protect his people. It reflects the idea that upholding justice sometimes requires making hard decisions and taking bold actions to achieve a greater good.
