You are invited to open your gift of an exhale.

You don't need to hold your breath any longer.

Exhale. Your breath and the Universe will support you.

Who were your teachers this week? Your new lessons? Awareness? What was uncovered?

Stepping into a Full Moon weekend, may you release what is no longer worth hanging onto.

Thank you HEAL, our Anchored Word of the Week.

Now rest.
