Summer 2027 registration is now open at Heart O’ the Hills! ❤️

For 74 years, girls have come to Heart for friendship, tradition, adventure, and a place to belong. We’re excited to welcome returning campers and future Heart girls for another unforgettable summer in the Texas Hill Country.

We offer two-week and four-week sessions for girls ages 6–16.

Houston + League City, you gave us the perfect finish to our fall Heart house party tour. ❤️

We had so much fun meeting future campers, reconnecting with Heart families, answering questions, and sharing a little bit of camp with girls across Texas.

And with that, our fall tour is officially a wrap.

To every family who opened their home to us along the way: thank you. Your hospitality, enthusiasm, and willingness to help introduce more girls to Heart meant more than we can say. You made these gatherings feel personal, welcoming, and full of the spirit of camp.

We are already looking forward to doing it again.

We’re hiring for Summer 2027 at Heart O’ the Hills. ❤️

We are looking for counselor candidates - women 18 and older who are ready for a summer that will ask a lot of them—and give a lot back.

Working at camp is demanding, meaningful, and unlike almost any other summer job. Counselors learn to lead groups, communicate clearly, solve problems, manage responsibility, and care for others—even when the day does not go exactly as planned.

They leave tired, proud, and changed by the girls they served and the people they served beside.

Heart counselors are more than activity instructors or cabin supervisors. They are role models, encouragers, problem-solvers, tradition keepers, and some of the most influential people in a camper’s summer.

Our Heart community can help us find them. Think about the young women in your life—daughters, nieces, former campers, college students, family friends, teammates, sorority sisters, church friends, or anyone you believe would thrive in a summer of leadership, service, friendship, and purpose.

Heart goes wherever our girls go. ❤️

Our Program Director, Bailey McEachern, is spending a little time in Aspen—and naturally, the Heart hat made the trip.

From the Guadalupe to the rivers of Colorado, some things just feel like camp: cold water, a good catch, fresh air, and a little adventure.

There’s always something being created at The Heart. 🎨❤️

From paint and pottery to friendship bracelets and projects they’ll proudly take home, arts and crafts give our girls a chance to slow down, get creative, and make something completely their own.
