Kaufman, Texas — Fans, Athletes, Parents & Coaches!

We need your help to honor a true legend of the Kaufman High School Lady Lions Volleyball Program.

It’s time to nominate Coach Patsy Davis for the Class of 2026 Kaufman High School Hall of Fame. She has waited long enough, and her impact on Kaufman Volleyball deserves to be recognized.

🏐 The 1993-1994 Kaufman Lady Lions Volleyball — State Final Four
Coach Davis remains the only volleyball coach in Kaufman history to lead her team to the Texas State Final Four (1993). Her teams dominated with multiple District Championships, including back-to-back undefeated district championship, and countless playoff appearances.

During a time with no club ball, no internet tutorials, and no social media training — we succeeded because we had a coach who knew the game, taught the fundamentals, believed in us, and built a culture of hard work, discipline, and heart.

To every athlete who ever played under Coach Davis, and every fan or parent who witnessed her leadership — this is our moment. Let’s come together and nominate her for the Kaufman Hall of Fame.

Ever since I was a young girl—around six years old—I developed a passion for scrapbooking, photography, and capturing memories. At that time, photos were the main way to relive special moments, so I asked for a camera so I could begin documenting my own life. I started creating scrapbooks for each year, carefully preserving memories as they happened.

Around 1989, I began looking through my mom’s yearbooks from grade school and high school, along with old photographs of my grandparents. Seeing their childhoods through pictures helped me understand the importance of visual history. That’s when I knew I wanted to create that same kind of legacy for my future children—so they could one day see what my childhood was like.

From then on, I carried a camera everywhere. I was a scrapbooker. I collected newspaper clippings and took countless photos of friends, family, classmates, and everyday moments. Now, I would love to start sharing these memories.

If you see yourself or someone you know in any of the pictures, please feel free to tag them. I hope these photos bring back fond memories and reach everyone they’re meant to. I took great pride in documenting these times, and I truly hope others can experience the same smiles and feelings I get when I look back at them. by @heartrosejones

Interesting news today. The State of New York was issuing CDL’s to illegal immigrants and get this they didn’t even have to give a name in order to obtain it. I wonder what name was on their Certificate of completions for CDL school? (Probably dont even have to show that, and most certian they didnt even complete the course) You know the mandatory certificates of completion that all Americans are required to produce when applying for a vaild driver’s or CDL licenses. Americans also have to have a picture, a name , DOB, finger prints, donor and voting info.

Why are these folks exempt from everything? I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again, watch your mirrors, check them continuously, if you are stopped on the highway make sure you check the REARVIEW so tgat you can detour quickly. They don’t know how to operate 18 wheelers, they dont know how to backup, break, nor park without hitting something.
This insane mess makes you want to question the entire American system. by @heartrosejones

Who keeps our shelves full at the stores?
Truckers and help from Jeep owners. Give the hard working individuals respect and space each and every day when on the roadways. They keep the American economy moving. SHIPPERS AND RECEIVERS WORK WITH THE TRUCKERS! Know who is really getting the job done. I don’t see any brokers in these trucks.
