Our first night back at LES was a great one!! When I was a kid, if you looked at someone a little too long they would say, “take a picture, it will last longer!” Well, I think that made a lasting impression on me! 😂

It was amazing to see my nephew Gage suit for BYU for the first time. I hope to remember nights like this forever! 💙🤍🤙🏼

We started Brookie’s last year of junior high by dropping her off at the high school! 😂 In a way it feels like we skipped a year, but she will head over to the junior high after first period. Sure love you @brooklyn_hollie I am cheering you on every step of the way!! ❤️🖤 by @heatadams

BYU has had a special place in my heart for as long as I can remember! 💙🤍 I believe @brighamyounguniversity has a divine & inspired mission and I feel lucky to get to contribute in a small way! This week marks 1 year since I started working at the @byustore 🤙🏼 Our mission is to help connect people to the Spirit of the Y and I take the responsibility of outfitting Cougar Nation seriously. ✨ While the learning curve has been pretty steep, the payback has been immense.

Today marks one year since the unexpected passing of baby Stone and we are thinking of our sweet friends. It’s been a tough week again as we have experienced loss. We mourn with our friends who we love like family.

I heard this quote this week and loved it:

As long as there is love, there will be grief. The grief of time passing, of life moving on half finished, of empty spaces that were once bursting with the laughter and the energy of people we loved.
As long as there is love, there will be grief because grief is love’s natural continuation. It shows up in aisles of stores we once frequented, in the smell of a perfume or a cologne we get two years after they’ve been gone. Grief is a giant neon sign protruding through everything, pointing everywhere, broadcasting loudly.
Love was here in the finer print quietly. Love still is.

Our sweet Brynn. 💛 I’ve seen this photo shared a lot on social media the last few days and every time it gets me. 🥹 It will forever remind me of the joy and laughter Brynn would bring every time she entered a room. I warned her I wasn’t a pageant photographer, but she and her sweet mama had such confidence in me.

We absolutely adore the Carneseccas… @kendalleadams proves it in the second photo.😂

✨ @rundisney gave me the cutest medals for 19.3 miles, but I think I really earned them with the extra 47.8 miles we walked before and after! 😂 Thanks to a little peer pressure, pixie dust and prayers, I was able to accomplish something I wasn’t so sure was possible for me at this point. We had so much fun along the way and made memories to last a lifetime! We can do hard things! 💪🏼🎉🙌🏼💖🤟🏼🏃🏽‍♀️😅🏅🏰🤩🙏🏼 by @heatadams
