Introducing a mini workout series designed to give you an inspiration for quick, no equipment exercises in sync to the beat. You can do them to prepare for our first live event 21 Sept.

Arms strong, core braced and keep your upper back engaged for maximum burn.
1x8 counts slow / 1x8 counts double speed for the duration of your favourite track.

Still thinking about @lhfofficial….

Closing our first heaters season @oasis.space felt like the perfect way to wrap up an unforgettable first year.

Thank you to everyone who moved with us this first year.
Watching this community grow around a shared mindset has been the greatest reward.

A huge thank you also goes to our incredible crew and trainers @_martinalang @danielle.dreya @wandapetri None of this would exist without your passion, energy and belief in what we’re building.

As some of you know, heaters is taking a little summer (and baby) break.

We’ll be back in autumn with fresh studio sessions, new events and a few exciting things.

Until then, stay moving, enjoy your summer, and thank you for making our very first heaters season so special. by @heaters.fit

This months edition is a special on: we are excited to be joining the workshop programm at our favorite festival.

The OASIS floor @oasis.space is built for the in-between, a place to land between the highs to restore, connect or activate.

We prepared a festival special for you, guided by your heaters all-stars @danielle.dreya @wandapetri and @tessa.tezibel and heaters DJ @adrian_deadlift.

Welcome @wandapetri to the heaters guidance team.

Welcome @danielle.dreya to the heaters guidance team.

From now on, she’ll be guiding heaters CORE - bringing together her deep knowledge and experience as a Pilates instructor with her passion as a selector and DJ. That mix of athleticism , music knowledge and pure sunshine energy makes her the perfect addition to our community.

She holds the room with focus and warmth and we couldn’t imagine a better heartbeat for this format.

Her class takes place every first Wednesday of the month at 18:00.
First session: 04.03.
