Happy one year surgiversary to me! It’s been one year since my Thighlift and I’m so happy with my results! I’ll be forever grateful to @gavindrymd and @athenixbody. Can’t wait to see you in six months for my 360 body lift ✌️❤️ by @heather_maintains

🌟 2 years post op! 🌟 it’s been exactly two years since my Brachioplasty at @athenixbody! It was the best experience and has made the biggest difference in my confidence. People are always worried about scarring with this surgery, but mine are almost invisible. Thank you @gavindrymd for better results than I could’ve hoped for. #brachioplasty #armlift #athenixbodysculptinginstitute #plasticsurgery #weightlossjourney by @heather_maintains

✨Thighlift update ✨ I had my thigh lift on August 7, 2025 and I’ve healed up perfectly. The scars have faded to almost nothing and the skin that I hated is gone! Clearly I still need to work on building muscle 🫠, but I couldn’t be happier with my results! Of course this procedure was done by the amazing @gavindrymd at @athenixbody in Bellevue. I’m not sure what’s next for me, but it’ll be some sort of mommy makeover. #thighplasty #thighlift #athenixbody #weightloss #weightlossjourney by @heather_maintains

✨ 5 1/2 months post op✨ I can’t believe it’s been almost 6 months since my thigh lift! I’m so happy with my results. I was shocked when I found that before photo. I forgot how much loose skin I was dealing with. I’ll always be so grateful to @gavindrymd and the team at @athenixbody. #plasticsurgery #thighlift #athenixbodysculptinginstitute #weightloss #zepboundweightlosstransformation by @heather_maintains

✨ Thigh lift update ✨ It’s been 4+ months since my thigh lift and I’m so happy with my results!! I did have to get drains two months after my surgery, which sucked. I’m a heavy fluid producer apparently 🫠. But I’m finally all healed up and I feel amazing! @gavindrymd @athenixbody #thighplasty #thighlift #thighliftbeforeandafter #weightloss #weightlossbeforeandafter #plasticsurgery #athenixbodysculptinginstitute by @heather_maintains

Your hard work + our team of experts = your newfound confidence. 🔥

After losing over 120 pounds, our beautiful patient Heather was left with excess skin on her arms — a common but frustrating part of major weight loss. Curious what life could feel like without it, she booked a complimentary consultation at Athēnix Bellevue to discuss her options for a customized arm lift. Thanks to @gavindrymd, her results speak for themselves — confidence restored and goals achieved. 💪

“It’s hard to explain the feeling of being able to grab a tank top and feel comfortable. I spent countless summers hiding my arms in long sleeves and just being SO aware of the excess skin. It you’re on the fence about an arm lift, do it if you’re able. You won’t regret it.” -Heather ❤️

Only 11 days post thigh lift with @gavindrymd and we are OBSESSED! 😍

“It’s been 11 days since my thigh lift with the amazing @gavindrymd and the team at @athenixbody. I still have a lot of swelling, but I could cry, I am so happy. The hanging skin is just gone. I’ve heard horror stories about this recovery, but mine has been really smooth (knock on wood) and I couldn’t be happier with my results.” - @heather_maintains 💕

Ten years and countless failed diets between these two photos. I may have more wrinkles now 🫠, but I have never felt more comfortable in my (loose) skin lol. I’m bummed it took me until my mid-40’s to live my best life, but I’m forever grateful. #weightloss #weightlossjourney #tirzepatide #zepboundjourney #zepboundweightloss #weightlossbeforeandafter #brachioplasty #armlift by @heather_maintains

🎉 💪One year post Brachioplasty! 💪 🎉 Today marks one year since my arm lift and I thought I’d give a little update. (Please be patient with my video skills 😆). I’m so pleased with how my scars have faded and the placement of them. @gavindrymd and the team at @athenixbody were amazing, which is why I’ll be seeing them for my thighplasty in August! If you’re on the fence about getting an arm lift for any reason, I would do it again in a heartbeat. #armlift #brachioplasty #weightlossjourney #weightloss #plasticsurgery #athenixbodysculptinginstitute #brachioplastyresults by @heather_maintains
