Graduated from PT for my shoulder impingement today!! If anyone needs physical therapy I HIGHLY recommend the Jewett Orthopedic Institute on Rinehart Rd in Lake Mary. The staff there are FANTASTIC especially Brevan and Megan! Great atmosphere….so all my dancer friends keep them in mind. (PS…the orthopedic doctors are right upstairs so it’s super convenient if you’re needing orthopedic services) by @heatherbonshire

What a treat, I got to watch “my bud” perform tonight!! I haven’t seen this guy dance in about 6 years (wow time truly flies!). Tonight I got to watch him perform in 5 pieces and he choreographed two. I loved every second of watching him do what he’s always loved and to see his talent and creativity shine once again. What I loved most was although he’s an adult now, he’s still the same old Alex, which is what we all love about him! We even continue to share a brain after all these years! lol anyway it was a lovely show filled with many talented dancers. I also loved getting caught up with my “big sis”, Ann Nash❤️ Ann Nash I added those pics we reminisced about!! by @heatherbonshire
