Celebrating crossing 4,028,663.20 in 6 years last week!🎉

Never in a MILLION YEARS when I was working as a Nurse did I ever think I would own a MULTIPLE 7 FIGURE BUSINESS!!

When I started online business in May 2015 I saw other women Millionaire coaches and admired them so much!😍

I thought if they can do it, why not me?

I started & struggled for YEARS.

I was overwhelmed with frustration, slow growth, intense effort as part of a network marketing company for 5 years.

Once I finally took the scary leap of faith to start my own business, it was like MAGIC.✨️

Everything FINALLY started to work after YEARS of struggle, frustration and tears.

The same methods & systems that got me here are the SAME exact methods & systems I teach my clients.

👉Less than 1% of female owned businesses reach 4 million total gross revenue.

SHOUT OUT to my amazing team, I wouldn't be here without them!💕

I was working as a Nurse when I started online health coaching in 2015 with 200 friends on Facebook and no Instagram account.😱

I NEVER posted on social media & I am a HUGE introvert who doesn't like to share personal things.

However!

My FEAR of staying in the same place as a Nurse working nights, holidays, weekends away from my family, living paycheck to paycheck for the next 20+ years was far greater than my FEAR of posting on social media!💥

I knew I had to be COURAGEOUS.

I knew I had to get out of my comfort zone.
And I was willing to do that for my family's future.💕👨‍👩‍👦‍👦

For the last 11 years, I have posted on multiple social media platforms nearly every👏single👏 day. That’s over 3,120 posts!

I have learned the trends, the tricks, the strategies... what actually WORKS to sell on social media.

I went from ZERO to a 7 figure business in 2 years built 100% on social media with a small audience & no website!

I am an EXPERT at social media marketing attraction & have taught hundreds of clients how to attract dream clients so they can work from anywhere & create true freedom using social media to grow their coaching businesses.

A few client successes in our ELITE Nurse to Coach Academy®️(disclaimer: results & income differ from client to client & from what our company may experience):

✨️Ashley went from 0 to replacing her nursing income with coaching & has been coaching clients as she travels all over the world for the last 4 years.

✨️Karla had zero social media accounts & now has viral posts on social media & YouTube & went from 0 to 8k months.

✨️Terry took another program that did not teach her how to use social media or how to start her business properly, then went from 0 to multiple 5k clients.

I am SO excited to teach you my secrets in my SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGIES Masterclass!😍🎉🔥

You will walk away knowing:

👉 How to Create Magnetic Posts That Attract Paying Clients
👉 What’s ACTUALLY Working on Social Media Right Now
👉 Messaging & Niche Clarity to Turn Strangers Into Clients

I'm also giving away $3,000 in prizes to live attendees!🎉

Tuesday Nov 10th, 12pm eastern time.

Congratulations to our ELITE Nurse to Coach Academy®️ student Hayli for her success growing her coaching business!😍🎉

Hayli is a nurse injector and aesthetic career coach for Nurses who came to us wanting to learn how to do group coaching & create an outreach system.

She has earned over $37,000 during her time in our Academy, has learned an outreach system, she is posting powerfully, has started & is growing on Facebook, created a community, set up her program, has had aha moments with strategies around booking calls, batching content, growing in personal development/mindset, created a workbook, a trust building offer, is sharing more social proof of her client's wins & is transitioning to group coaching!🔥

Her testimonial-

“This academy has helped me elevate my thought process, how I lead my own clients, and operate my business. This has not been surface level coaching and it has challenged me to take full ownership of my business. This has helped me sharper my decision making and move with clear intention instead of hesitation. It has given me the strategies and tools to step into my own authority with confidence - no more second-guessing or playing small. I have learned how to regulate my mindset, lead myself through uncertainty, and execute at a higher level. This alone has changed how I show up in my business, my leadership, and in my personal life.”

How to Grow your coaching business while working full time as a Nurse✨️

Here’s what I’ve learned...

1. You don’t need a big audience.
I was signing high-paying clients long before I had a large following. What actually matters is having a clear message and being willing to have real conversations with real people. Human connection will always matter more than your follower count.

2. You don’t need a fancy website.
I had earned well over $800,000 before I ever had one. Every single client came through social media and a direct conversation. Waiting until everything looks polished is just procrastination in disguise.

3. You don’t need to work your business all day, especially if you are working full time in your career. As nurses we already know how to push through exhaustion. Building a business doesn’t have to feel that way. When you’re following a proven system and focusing on what actually brings in clients, 1-2 focused hours a day will move the needle.

4. Face your fears already.
I put this off for years because I was scared. What finally moved me wasn’t feeling ready, it was realizing that waiting for the fear to go away first means waiting forever. Do it scared.

5. Get a business mentor to avoid costly mistakes.
I’ve invested over $260,000 in business mentorship and have zero regrets. A great mentor gives you the roadmap before you’ve figured out the hard way that you needed one.

Almost all of our clients in ELITE Nurse to Coach Academy®️ are growing their businesses while working full time, overtime, with kids, families & while in school.

After 11 1/2 years in online business & coaching hundreds of Nurses & Health Pros, our most successful clients earning 10k+ months have these things in common:👇

✨️They didn't have to be convinced to join & TOLD their partner rather than asking for PERMISSION.

✨️They make decisions QUICKLY & said "YES" on the discovery call without having to "think about it" or ask anyone else about it even though they were nervous.

✨️They had BELIEF & CONFIDENCE in themselves & didn't obsess about the money to join, they felt PEACE & TRUST with it. They were willing to get uncomfortable to grow.

✨️They were ALL IN with their commitment, had FAITH & didn't ask a million questions like how many calls will there be, what does the curriculum cover & will I get a return on investment?

✨️They were willing to invest financially in their coaching business education, understanding it would require an investment just like nursing school.

✨️They were SELF LED & took radical RESPONSIBILITY for themselves & their results.

✨️They asked questions, stayed POSITIVE, had PATIENCE with their progress, IMPLEMENTED everything, attended all of the coaching calls & completed all of their homework.

If you truly want to be as successful as possible with your coaching business, ask yourself:

Am I doing all of these things?✨️

Congratulations to our ELITE Nurse to Coach Academy®️ student Allie on her successful coaching business!😍🎉

Allie came to us wanting guidance, accountability, an attorney familiar with coaching, bite sized curriculum, how do this in pockets of her day, the right next step, the ability to talk out loud with someone who has done it, marketing, attracting clients who are willing to invest & will do the work.

She has accomplished all of this! She held a masterclass, is posting consistently & powerfully, her community is growing fast, signed her first paid client & has lots of people who are interested!🔥

Her testimonial-

“Joining this program has been one of the most supportive and clarifying decisions I’ve made while building my business. Before this, I had the vision and passion, but I was constantly spinning my wheels trying to figure everything out on my own.

This program has helped me move from overwhelm into intentional action by teaching me how to build a strong, sustainable foundation — from setting up systems payment plans and business banking to refining my coaching structure, branding, and client outcomes with clarity and purpose.

The access to experienced leaders and professionals has been invaluable, but what stands out most is Heather’s leadership. You can genuinely tell she cares deeply about the people in this program, and her intentional guidance, feedback, and support have given me so much more confidence and direction as I build. I truly would not be where I am right now without her insight and mentorship. Thank you, Heather!”

Comment ACADEMY to learn how we can help you grow your business like Allie!🙌 by @heathercolledge

There was a point in 2020 where I was doing between 15 and 21 coaching calls every single week, earning more than I ever had as a nurse, and quietly wondering why I still felt so depleted.

The numbers on paper looked like success.
My bank account was growing.
My clients were getting real results, and I had every reason to be proud of what I was building.

What I could not admit yet was that the model itself was the thing breaking me.

One-on-one coaching has a ceiling built into it by design, and the ceiling is your own calendar.

You can only coach so many humans in a week before your time runs out...

I was earning 15 to 20k a month and was already at the edge of what my body could hold.

The real shift came in January of 2021 when I moved my coaching into a cohort model.

I kept the groups small enough that every nurse still got personalized attention from me, and my revenue doubled almost immediately. 30k that first month. Then 60, then 80, then 100k by that November. ✨

My client roster stayed roughly the same and my working hours actually went down, which meant the only thing driving the revenue jump was the structure underneath the business.

This is the moment I watch most nurse coaches get stuck in.

They have done the hard part already.
They have the skill, the proof, the clients who adore them.

What they are missing is a delivery model that actually makes room for growth.

If you have been trying to push through the exhaustion and hoping the next 10 clients will get you to the next income level, I want to tell you as kindly as possible that you are not going to out-effort a structural problem.

What breaks the ceiling is a different model, not a bigger calendar.

If you need guidance right now to take control of your schedule and are ready for immediate help, then Kickstart is for you. Learn sustainable strategies from a multimillionaire nurse biz coach to tell you what’s missing, what you’re doing wrong & what to fix for better results.

Katrina said “I learned more in two calls with Heather Colledge than I did after 7 months at another mentorship program.”

Next round starts Monday October 26th!🎉
