When not making snacks, I run a business. This is an unedited view of the week we just had. No fancy tunes, no cutting the clips at the right point.

We really get to do some cool stuff in @flowerpop.ie but I often don't post the clips because they aren't perfect. But I can do that here! 🙌

1. Mondays on @irelandamvmtv
2. SQUIRREL
3. Aster (iykyk)
4. Fort Knox
5. Dad ❤️
6. Just a creative being creative
7. Birthday POP

9. I know, right?
10. "What ya wearing?"
11. Texture, texture!
12. Sunrise & sound check over my favourite city
13. German flower shops from German friends

Do you know what I'm not? A good content creator. Don't have the patience for the perfect shot or a steady hand. But I love cooking & used to make videos when Instagram was less perfect. So here's me dinner! - Made & shot in a messy house, with a messy voice over.

The kids both devoured it, as did I. They have swimming followed by football on Mondays, so it's a hungry day for them. ❤️

I'm looking exhausted because today was day 9 in a row of work but that's my life! Glamorous gigs and fashion shows, to making dinner for my babies with unbrushed hair.

Lunch date with these two queens, on what is my Mam and Dad's 54th wedding anniversary. 🩷

Swipe to see the most beautiful wedding photo, along with a very cute ME! 🤣

My Da would be slagging us for "bringing the dog" to lunch, but we all know he secretly loved them. Although swipe to the last pics... maybe it wasn't so secret after all. 🩷

She was never one for falling asleep in our arms. Miss Independent from the off, so I loved the odd time it happened. This evening's feels extra special because I know my nap trapped days are numbered. Her big bro has already grown out of them.

Love watching them grow big and strong into the wonderful humans that they are turning out to be.... but I love when they are my little babies again, even if only for a moment. 🩷 by @heathercondren

WE WON!!!!!

RETAIL FLORIST OF THE YEAR 2026 🍾🪅🥳🎊🍾

You guys, I can’t believe it.

It’s just shy of five years since we opened Flowerpop on Emmet Road, and honestly, we are NOTHING without our customers. The people who buy a bunch on a Friday, trust us with their weddings, come to our workshops, recommend us, come back again and again, and have backed us from the very start. Thank you. 🩷

Last year we moved into the village to 17 Tyrconnell Road and poured our heart and soul into making it a beautiful, fun, inclusive part of Inchicore.

We ADORE Inchicore. Most of the team lives here, all of us love it, and we’re so proud to be part of this community.

We proudly stock brilliant Irish suppliers including @forager.ie, @alialittleidea, @d8makers, @dontkillmyvibedesign, @pickledpompom, @boldbunny, @cleanslate.ireland, @mamolife_ and more.

I couldn’t do this without our gorgeous manager @roisinbowling and my amazing team, @lovesivesflowers, @av.quinny, @noirin_reilly, @hannahnunn24, @outlineblooms and Zara.

To my Mam for all the help with the kids. To Doug for supporting me and the business in so many ways. And to @cunninghamlaura for the gas AND the strategy. 😂🩷

To my kids, who put up with my absence more than I’d like, but know it’s all for them.

And a HUGE thank you to my beautiful Uncle Thomas, who stepped into the shoes of my Dad and built this shop with us. Our desk, units, shelving, all handmade by this master carpenter and wonderful man.

My Dad would be so thankful, Thomas. I can never thank you enough. 🩷

Thank you to @janette_from_kaysflowerschool and @kaysflowerschool, not only for these awards, but for taking a chance on me nine years ago and changing my life.

And finally, Dad.

I wouldn’t have any of this without you, the work you put into our first shop, and the belief you poured into me.

You would LOVE 17 Tyrconnell Road.

I feel you there all the time.

This one is for you, Dad. 🩷🩷🩷 by @heathercondren
