The way that I've been posting lately has made me feel happy about sharing about stuff online again. There for a few years, it was all about the numbers... likes, followers, blah blah blah. What is your niche? NO STOP! You yourself are the NICHE! 🤣 🤣 SELL SELL SELL! That starts to feel like a forced thing to do after a while. Ya know? If you wanna make money from doing it.

But I honestly love sharing my life online for whatever reason, because I think it holds me more accountable for the things that I claim i want to do, but then never follow through with it. I like showing people that are struggling with getting clean & STAYING clean long term, that i was once just like them. Life in shambles. No structure. High stress. I used 💊 pills & ❄️ & Xanax to try to numb everything out I guess. But I didn't realize that at that time. If I can even inspire 1 human on this internet today, I would consider that a WIN! Wouldn't you?

The more open & authentic & straight forward I am online, eventually, I will earn my viewers trust when I tell them something, I really mean just that. No FAKERY BAKERY running around here, ya dig?

SPEND THAT SHIT ✨️ 🎶 🎵

That's what my daughter Abby did by surprising me with paying for a trip to San Diego & i never expected that, ever. I am beyond grateful that she enjoys being around me, as an adult child. I must've done a few things right with her.

She & her BF Nesto were kind enough to pay for EVERYTHING to treat little ole MEEEE! Can you believe it?!? 👏 I probably would've never booked the trip myself, just knowing myself. I felt so overjoyed & grateful that whole trip & its an honor when your adult children CHOOSE to be around you & laugh & have a good time with you often. We even had tickets to SeaWorld, their treat! I got on those roller coasters & man, are they different than how they used to be. The Manta or Fanta or whatever the name is legit took my breath away & slammed my eyes SHUT. WILD. I would do that one again. However, that big roller coaster at Belmont tore my ass UP. Bounced me around & slung me side to side.... i was sore. Lmao 🤣 🤣

I never thought that we would make it this far.

So...... my first born having HER first born REALLY pulled us closer together & now, I miss them when I am not around them. 🙏

Never give up hope on broken bonds or rocky relationships that mean a lot to you.... unless being mistreated of course. 😉 ❤️

If you are on a road to healing your nervous system, just know that it eventually gets easier over time. It is definitely not an overnight skill that you develop...i have been working hard on rewiring my way of thinking for the past 5 years. At first, the positive thoughts felt forced..... due to my negative mindset prior to this...i played the professional victim, & tried to blame everyone around me for something I had said or done.

I just signed another 18 month lease here at this casita, so I'm going to make this space what i've been craving since I moved in here! I Finally hung up 2 pieces of art on my walls today. It's starting to get the right vibe ✨️

I am celebrating every single small win that ive had going on here, behind the scenes. Sometimes I just get too full of gratitude & need to share some of it with you.... you might need to hear something that i have to say, with sharing my story.

I have been overflowing with GRATITUDE lately, & i promise you, I keep getting more & more of it, because I am so focused on how blessed I feel this past year & a half.

What we focus on GROWS.
if you're consumed by negative thoughts & for example, always asking "Why Me?" instead of trying to learn whatever lesson it is that God's trying to help you learn by going through a tough time, more negative depressing things will continue to happen.

Again, WHAT WE FOCUS ON GROWS. MIND BLOWING 🤯 I never truly realized this until these past few years. Retraining my 🧠 mindset to think a certain way instead of thinking awful things about myself & being really mean & harsh with myself, is one of the biggest things that I'm proud of, honestly, after my sobriety.

I feel as if I'm cracking the code & living my best life right now, & i would love for other people to be able feel this type of joy. Genuine happiness.

Here's the ironic part.... i am not financially well off at this moment. Yes, its temporary, but the OLD me would be freaking out & anxiety ridden, blaming everyone else for my problems.

But ya know what?..... Something ALWAYS happens for me to pull through somehow, no matter how bad it might seem in the moment. And THIS proves my point of, " You don't need to be wealthy to be able to find true JOY & peace in your life". I am 49, will be 50 in January. I used to think that as soon as I got more financially well off, then I'd be happy. But that is not the case anymore. ❤️

MY WHOLE perspective has changed on life in general, & i feel that I'm getting a do over in some ways, with the grandbaby especially. I have patience now! ✌️ ☮️ 🕊

And i am just getting started........
