When she first approached me at the gym, she was already showing up on her own…
But she felt stuck, doing “all the things” and not seeing the changes she worked so hard for.

Instead of grinding harder, she chose smarter💡

👉🏼She hired me, followed the plan, and stayed consistent even on the weeks when progress felt invisible.

Fast forward to now:
It’s not just the physical difference (although those speak for themselves).

👉🏼It’s the confidence, the energy, the glow in her smile.
The woman on the right isn’t a “new” person—she’s the same woman who decided to trust a process and give herself the chance to thrive.

This is what happens when you stop guessing and start working with a strategy built for you.

No endless cardio. No crash dieting. Just progressive training, balanced nutrition, and consistency stacked over time.

➡️ Ready to build your own before-and-after?
DM me “STRONG” and let’s create a plan that works as hard as you do.

You want to change your body but don’t want it to take forever…

You’re so concerned with the timeline that you limit your capability before you even start.

You try to start your fitness journey and you give up after a few weeks because “you aren’t seeing any results.”

It can be overwhelming to think about the end goal and the amount of time and effort it takes to get there, I get it.

You just need to start and celebrate yourself along the way. Fall in love with the process. Give yourself small wins.

These changes didn’t happen years ago.
👉🏼These changes were made through continuous daily changes over the years that have gotten me to where I’m at now.

Bottom line: Time will pass regardless and the years will go by.
👉🏼You can either start making consistent daily changes now, which will put you in a better place a few years from now...
OR you can get caught up on “how long it will take” and be in the same exact place years from now, wishing you would’ve started.

🤍ITS MORE THAN PHYSICAL CHANGES.
🤍IT’S UP TO YOU.
🤍IT ALL STARTS WITH YOU.

Participation > Perfection

Some weeks I do more. Some weeks I do less. I’m still allowed to show up without doing everything perfectly and so are you🫶🏻

I LOVE being a mom, but I also miss having a routine and feeling caught up. 6 months in and we still struggle from time to time.

It’s just my ~strong mom - figuring it out era~🤪💅🏻

What’s something that isn’t on your highlight reel as of lately??

Random workouts can make you feel productive but they can also make it really difficult to tell whether you’re actually progressing👀

If you’re constantly swapping exercises, changing your routine, or choosing a new workout every time you enter the gym, you never give yourself much of an opportunity to improve at anything.

Repeating the same core movements allows you to:
✔️ Improve your form and control
✔️ Add weight over time
✔️ Complete more reps with the same weight
✔️ Increase your range of motion
✔️ Track whether you’re genuinely getting stronger

That’s progressive overload… one of the biggest drivers of muscle growth.

Progress doesn’t only mean lifting heavier every single week. An extra rep, better technique, more control, or performing the same workout with less fatigue can all be signs that you’re improving.

This doesn’t mean you need to follow the exact same workout forever. Exercises can and should change when your goals change, something causes discomfort, equipment isn’t available, or you’ve genuinely stopped progressing. But your program needs enough consistency to actually measure your progress before you decide it “isn’t working.”

Your workouts don’t need to be new and exciting every week.

They need to be challenging, trackable, and repeated long enough to work.

Save this if you’re ready to stop collecting random workouts and start training with intention🔥

My days are a constant switch between mom mode & business owner mode 😂♥️

Some days it’s baby snuggles and playing on the floor, the next minute I’m cleaning equipment, answering messages, folding towels, or doing whatever else needs to be done at the gym.

There’s definitely no perfect balance. Im grateful I get to raise my baby AND build something I’m proud of.

Save this one for your next upper body day!!

Use lighter weights as an upper body warm-up
OR grab heavier weights and it’s a full upper body workout👀

Little rusty🫣

I used to be able to do 10, now I can barely do 1.

Yes, it’s extremely hard to wrap my head around not being as “fit” as before or being as strong as before. However, I KNOW I will get it back and that’s what keeps me pushing through the hard days.

Instead of thinking about the negatives, FIND the positives and work on the small things in the time being.
