Okay so somewhere in the throws of getting what felt like 917 children ready for school to start, I realized I hit a major milestone in my little world and I’m shook.

Guys. I have sold $200 MILLION and helped 458 clients. In 60 months. 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

What . Is . Happening .

All the feels. Thankful for the trust my people have in me, overwhelmed by how much I love it, and laughing at some of the madness of it all. You guys some of the stuff I deal with is crazyyyyyy town 😂

It’s not the number. It’s the fact that 5 years ago I jumped right off the cliff and changed the trajectory of my life. Every ounce of me is poured into what I do and I’m so proud that I never once looked back.

Here is to $200M more!! 🌅 by @heathermccolaugh

Real estate has changed a little since 1989 😭 sameeeee job but very different operating systems 🙃 #realtor #realtorhumor #cincinnatirealestate by @heathermccolaugh

There’s a moment in real estate where everyone is excited, emotional, competitive, and ready to WIN the house…and then the offer gets accepted 😅

Buying a home is a huge decision and emotions can shift fast once it becomes real. That’s why I always tell buyers before we submit an offer, take the time to make sure you’re truly ready.

Because once we go all in for the house… we’re ALL in baby!!!!! #realestate #cincyrealestate #homebuyingprocess by @heathermccolaugh

Lots to unpack here 🤯 Found this gem from like 10 years ago. ✨Things that remain constant: Parker is my shadow, Caroline is perfect and my mom is always present 💝 the thing that has most certainly changed - married a man who would rather die than have me mow the grass 💀

Turns out life gets a lot easier when you marry a man who refuses to let you do anything @justinmcc77 😂❤️ by @heathermccolaugh
