I’m so excited to launch new yoga mats and clothing that can’t be found anywhere else in the US. If you’ve practiced with me locally or in the jungle of Costa Rica, you know I don’t just teach a bunch of poses or create a fun itinerary - it’s so much more intentional than that. In practice, in workshops or when I host retreats — my goal is to build relationships. 🤍

It was a wild time - early 2000’s - I was teaching step, body pump and cardio kickboxing at the YMCA. I was obsessed with step since high school taking a million classes at the Chicago Health Club in Vernon Hills. Back then, I never imagined myself EVER setting foot in a yoga studio let alone teaching it. Just a reminder: Never say never! I saw Step by Les Mills on the schedule and went last night. Totally different vibe, less choreography - I miss the OG step classes of back then of endless loops and repeats. #iykyk It’s nice to change things up in life to break free of the routine. The 2027 retreat sold out before I landed from the last one in Jan ‘26.
