Rory Renee joined our crew this week💕 She came into the world fast & furious, so anticipating she’s going to keep us on our toes in life. Big sister is SO proud - got the sister she dreamed of. Big brother can’t be trusted or photographed at this time, he’s a busy little boy!

May is Mental Health Awareness Month and 1 in 5 adults in the U.S. will experience a mental health condition in their lifetime. Believe it or not, we are all affected or impacted by mental illness through others or ourselves on a daily basis. Will I ever know ‘the why’ of suicide? No. But I will continue to be an advocate for mental health awareness. Because mental health is just as important as physical health. And everyone has their own story. If you see someone struggling, reach out to tell them you’re there. If you’re struggling, don’t be afraid to ask for help.

So here is your yearly reminder...tell the people in your life how much they mean to you!
