Found:
“a very green, very baby”.. ME.
And proof that I’ve been at this a LONG time.

my first cut of footage in LA… including my first student film, a 24 hr fitness commercial, and a short that took me all the way to Cannes.

sometimes I really miss that red hair. 👩‍🦰 by @heathersnell_

Finished short video out for @familylifeblended, created by my dear friend @kenny_anthem.
Helping families get the understanding and support they need with what can be a tough life subject that affects so many families.

-The prevalence of divorced families is high, with nearly 1 million American children experiencing their parents’ divorce each year.
-Roughly 50% of children will see their parents divorce before turning 18.

-66% of those divorced adults going on to remarry, and putting those children in a blended household.

These stories matter.

Forty Five and UNFILTERED.

It isn’t my birthday…
just a moment of authenticity.
…a declaration, if you will.

I’ve been modeling and acting for over 30 years now.
And when you’re in your late teens/early twenties.. you’re unstoppable.
Then it hits.. and you’re knocking on thirties door.. and people start instilling this fear in you.

I’ve been worried for over a decade of people in this industry knowing my true age…
of not casting me if they knew.. or found out.
But NO MORE.
I’m done hiding behind a vague age range and fear of what anyone else thinks I’m capable of.

THIS IS ME.
FORTY FIVE years HAPPY.
WISE.
STRONG.
CONFIDENT.
GRATEFUL.
Still doing what I LOVE.
And READY for whatever this life has to offer.

*thank you to my DEAREST FRIEND @xanderphotography for shooting me over 20 years, and always making me feel beautiful.
I love you. ❤️

So long January.
Other than that INSANE ice storm.. 🧊
(And the absolute insanity of what’s going on in our country😩) you were pretty great to me.

Here’s praying that February continues to bring feelings of peace..
BIG belly laughs with friends..
special moments with my littles..
and more of the work that I am beyond grateful that I continue to be able to do..
and that I LOVE so much.

Oh… and maybe some WARMER weather?
🙏🏻❤️✨ by @heathersnell_
