Me just waiting for the people who want every corner of their home to feel intentional to find my account.

We created this modern, masculine primary suite for our client, layering black and olive green with rich textures, warm wood tones, and clean lines. The result feels bold and refined, while still comfortable and inviting.

Design decisions are made in the office.

But, the real work happens here.
Walking every space with subcontractors. Catching the details. Solving problems before they become expensive ones. Making sure what’s being built matches what was envisioned.

Unfortunately… all while it’s 98°.

Site visits lately…

Site visits are where we collaborate with contractors and trades, answer questions in real time, verify the details, and keep everything moving in the right direction. Great design doesn’t stop when the plans are finished…it comes to life through thoughtful execution.

It’s one of our favorite parts of the process… because seeing a vision become reality never gets old.

Sometimes, it doesn’t take a full renovation to completely transform a room.

In this space, we kept the architecture exactly the same. The biggest changes? New furniture, a statement chandelier, and choosing pieces that were properly scaled for the room.

Scale matters.

When your furniture and lighting are the right size, a room instantly feels more balanced, intentional, and elevated.

It’s not always about adding more…it’s about choosing better.

Rich wood paneling, tailored black leather seating, layered textures, and warm ambient lighting create a space that feels both timeless and elevated. We love designing rooms that invite conversation while still making a statement.

Seeing all the possibilities where others see ordinary.

It’s the constant ideas, the details no one else notices, and the feeling you get when something finally comes together exactly how you imagined it and exceeds our clients expectations.

Creating isn’t just what we do — it’s how we see the world.

Same footprint. Completely different feel. Swipe to see the before.

That’s the power of thoughtful design. This kitchen had great bones, but it needed a full refresh to bring it into this decade. We moved the door to the garage, opened up the floor plan, and layered the new kitchen with simple, but warm finishes that created a timeless look.

That’s the power of working with the HWD team…creativity that goes beyond expectations. #hwd #heatherwatersdesign #kitchen #interiordesign #spacecoastdesigner by @heatherwatersdesign

It’s all about balance.

The texture in the wallpaper adds depth and movement, while the soft, natural tones keep it feeling calm and elevated. Then that subtle pop of color from the furniture brings just enough life to the space without overwhelming it.

When texture and color are thoughtfully layered, everything feels collected, not overdone. Instead, it feels clean, warm, and effortlessly pulled together. #heatherwatersdesign #friday #interiordesign #finishingtouches #coastalliving by @heatherwatersdesign

The best transformations aren’t always the biggest, they’re the most intentional.

By closing in this awkward niche, we created a space just for them… a playroom that will grow right alongside their family, from toys on the floor to movie nights on the couch. #heatherwatersdesign #interiordesign #playroom #beforeandafter #transitionalstyle by @heatherwatersdesign
