My biggest fear in life is being unprepared - Derek Jeter. Jeter talking about how sports is all about discipline and a routine! 📝 Are you disciplined? Do you have a routine? Do you take these things serious?

DISCIPLINE - The practice of doing what needs to be done even if you do not want to do it. Following one’s conduct and consciously take control of your own personal choices, decisions, actions, and behavior.

ROUTINE - A routine in sports refers to a set series of actions or activities that athletes regularly follow before, during, or after their competitions or training sessions. These routines help athletes prepare mentally and physically, establish consistency, and optimize their performance. Routines can include things like warm-up exercises, specific drills, mental visualization, pre-game rituals, and post-game recovery activities. They are designed to help athletes focus, build confidence, and perform at their best.

ITS NEVER TO LATE ⏰
BE DISCIPLINED AND HAVE A ROUTINE THAT WORKS FOR YOU!

Dylan Valdivia | 2027 | Los Osos HS
Two-way player who has made a big jump on the mound, sitting 87–89 mph with elite off-speed and the ability to pound the strike zone with all of his pitches. At the plate, Dylan shows good discipline, a consistent swing, and the ability to create good backspin. He has a strong approach and looks comfortable and confident in the box. Currently uncommitted, but I don’t expect him to be on the board much longer. Excited to see where he lands.
