Trying to balance it all…

• Full-time Family Man 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒
• Full-time Music Ministry 🎼🎶
• Full-time Employment 📈👨🏾‍🏫
• Part-time Musician 🤣🎸
• Managing Hypertension 🫀
• Navigating Grief 😪😇

Yet in the middle of it all, I find peace in exercising…
Taking in God’s creation 🌿 and simply being able to move—
that alone is a reminder of His goodness. 🙏🏾

Reflecting on the past week, I can honestly say I feel deeply refreshed and inspired. From making new connections to catching up with old friends, this has truly been one of the best experiences I’ve had since stepping into the role of Minister of Music. The Hampton University Choir Directors and Organists’ Guild Workshop owed me absolutely nothing! Until next year. 🥹✨ taken in Hampton University Ministers Conference by @heavyonbass

One thing I loved about this episode was learning how The Still Boyz were formed and hearing the legacy and history behind the group 🔥

If you haven’t already, make sure you check out the latest episode with @thestillboyz 👏🏾 (link in bio)

I love what I do, but wisdom whispers—it’s grace that makes it flow✨
